Creative Landscape Borders

This company is bad at curbed edging and terrible at customer service. It's a shame, because they came well recommended two years ago. It seems that has changed. This business was fairly professional at first, although hard to get ahold of. The curbing came out splotchy and discolored, and there were chips and cracks as well. They also placed the curbed edging across drip watering lines, rather than moving them slightly to the side (the lines didn't have to cross under the curbing.they ran parallel).

When told about the sprinkler line issue, the chips in the cement, and the fractured surface they were dismissive. When told about the cracking that resulted from shallow, insufficient contraction joints, they said "that's standard." It's funny how the other ten houses with curbed edging on our street didn't have any of these problems.clearly it's not normal.

After two weeks, I showed the owner the discoloration in person. He was defensive and irritable from the start. I was taken aback by his attitude. He said "concrete is supposed to be discolored for the first month.it will resolve after a few more weeks." When I pointed to all the other edging on our block that isn't discolored, he said "those companies added too much water.

That's why the concrete is a uniform color." I asked him if he would come back in a few weeks if the discoloration continued, he said "Sure, but that's just how it is." Now we can't reach the company. This was a bad job all around. And it didn't come cheap either.

Fast, friendly, and efficient. Lee and his crew did excellent work!

My husband and I own a landscape company and we sub out or refer Creative Landscape Borders nonstop. There is nobody else we would recommend for concrete curbing in this area. Their professionalism and attention to detail is top notch!

Wow what great work! This team came out this morning and I was shocked at how fast they worked, and the outcome was so professional and clean looking. My backyard is totally changed for the better! Definitely would recommend this company.

Lee and his Crew Supervisor did everything we asked in a perfect timeframe. The curves were perfectly matched AND I had no cleanup to do. Mowing has become much simpler and it is beautiful. Added so much visual appeal!

We received bids from 5 different contractors (from small 2 person companies to the larger ones in the area) Everyone had basically the same price. The difference for us, in choosing Creative Landscape Borders were Lee and his team. His bid price did include the sealant, which didn't seem to be included with our other quotes, but more importantly, Lee was willing to work with us to meet our timeline.

We were in the middle of trying to finish our landscaping with our builder. We did not want the cheap plastic edging the builder was going to use, but we had no control over when the builder's landscaper would be coming out. Lee was so great in fitting us into his schedule with almost no notice. His team did a great job, the curb edging looks fantastic, they were clean and left our yard looking great. Highly recommend working with this company.
