Cutting Edge Hardscapes

We used Cutting edge for a paver pavillion project in our backyard. They were on time, professional, and did a high quality job. Our project manager was Doug and he was very easy to work with! Services: Patio construction, General building construction

So happy with the end results! In February fortunately the weather stayed mild, and I hired Cutting Edge to rejuvenate my entire backyard. I worked closely with Doug, then with Keaton and Carlos on the electrical and gas lines. Doug's design details were amazing; he has a gift of conceptualizing designs and developed a workable plan for us. He also handled executing the job from A to Z. Gonreddy and his amazing labor-team consistently arrived early, worked very hard, worked all day even on a cold weather day. They completed the job in under 2 weeks. The backyard now is 100% usable, and it's beautiful, too.

Cutting Edge Hardscapes was great to work with and delivered and excellent product at a fast pace! Everyone who has seen our new space loves the area and was amazed at how quickly it was completed. Cutting Edge kept in constant communication and worked with us throughout the process. Pricing was fair and in line or better than others. We highly recommend for any paver patio / fireplace installs!

Worked with Matt, then with Alex on the design details. Multiple renderings were provided until we had settled on all of the details. We used Unilock pavers that were installed by CEH. Their team arrived early, worked very hard, worked all day even on some crummy weather days, and completed the job in about 2 weeks. Spring weather slowed them some.

Our yard was already a mess from a recent addition so the CEH guys started out in mud but trudged through it. The installation is very good. Substantial base and posts for the Sundance. It's not going anywhere. A significant stone base that was approximately 8 to 9 inches was installed, smoothed and leveled. Joints are all properly sized. Angles on stones cut and installed very accurately.

Gas lines for our free-standing grill and firepit were installed by CEH workers. Electrical also for the grill and the Sundance. Keep in mind this is a dusty and pretty noisy process, primarily from cutting the stones, which they did a lot of. We've had several people visit our home and all were impressed with the installation, including our addition general contractor.

I had a very large backyard project involving the removal of 2 long existing, crumbling retaining walls with stairs and the installation of new retaining walls and stairs. Cutting Edge got back to me right away and set up a time to visit my property. Jake listened to the issues I was trying to resolve and helped me think through other ways I might want to use the space.

I decided I also wanted to incorporate a fire pit into the design. When Jake returned to review the designs, I was totally blown away with what they came up with. It was stunning and I could tell it would really add value to my home and enable us to enjoy the backyard - extending our living/entertaining space. The project supervisor helped to provide all the documentation I needed for my HOA.

They actually were able to start the job earlier than planned and it was completed in around 2 weeks. The workmanship was excellent. I would occasionally check in to see how it was going and the team was very meticulous and exact. The project turned out amazing. Once I add landscaping this spring, the space will be complete and beautiful.

Cutting edge replaced and extended our old concrete patio with pavers, adding in a fire pit as well. They worked closely with us right from the start, giving us realistic expectations of what could be done and they worked through several design options to make sure that we were going to be happy with the end result. Once we had a design, Daniel's team did the installation and they did a fantastic job.

They did all of the work in under a week, but the quality of the patio was superb and it's clear that even though they worked quickly, they paid close attention to detail. We are very happy with the outcome and it was well worth the investment! We've already made good use of the fire pit in just a few weeks!

Removed original brick walkway, edging and porch; replaced with stone, adding columns and lights. We are extremely happy with their work and the entire experience

Had outdoor grill kitchen installed along with extension of patio pavers on our back yard pool deck. They were very professional hard workers and cleaned up at end of day. Great construction. We love it!

The experience from start to finish was phenomenal! We wanted to add a paver patio and redo a small area where our grill was located. We had a hard time finding a company willing to even take on our project due to the size. Cutting Edge said no project was too small! Jake came out to give us a quote within a week. He offered suggestions but was not pushy to make the project bigger in scale. Jake then came back to go over the 3D rendering and samples.

He guided us to what would look best from the shape to color of pavers. We were told 6-8 weeks out on our project and we're thrilled when 3 weeks later they could fit us in! The crew was on time, hard working and are all excellent at what they do! They treated our yard as if it were their own and continued to clean and keep the dust at a minimum. The cutwork was meticulous and it turned out better than I imagined! Highly recommend!

We worked with Cutting Edge Hardscapes to add a patio adjacent to our existing deck. The experience has been AMAZING. 1 - The design sessions were thorough and completely responsive to the desires of our budget and needs. 2 - The expectation set for project completion was 100% accurate. 3 - The material placement on day of delivery was handled as if this was their own personal yard. 4 - The project of a walkway and patio with firepit and halfway, took 4 days start to finish. 5 - The work was preceded by a document detailing what to expect and an explanation of how the work would progress 6 - The installers treated our yard and space as if they were working in their own yard. 7 - The cut-work and installation is METICULOUS. 8 - I would willingly serve as a reference for anyone considering their work.

We had Cutting Edge cover a concrete patio with pavers and enlarge it. They provided documents we needed for HOA approval. They even helped us get the HOA approval ahead of the scheduled start date so they could start sooner. The crew did an excellent job on the patio and also cleaning up the yard. Cutting the concrete pieces made a lot of dust, but they even washed the neighbor's air conditioner when they were done.
