I am not saying this is a fly by night operation or anything, but the iphone map app address for the company is a residential home that no one seem to live in, and the address on the invoice I got supposedly is a mail box only address. They only way to reach them by phone, which seem to have one person answering and I have never had an pickup on the first call experience with them, almost always have to leave a message or by email.
These are information I discovered just trying to pay them by dropping off a check as they charge a 3% processing fee for CC. I know that its technically a fee they pass along from the CC but no other service company that has worked on my house is doing it this way or they just fold into the price of the service it self, so its their conscious decision to do it this way and I feel should have the conscious decision to see it my way.
As to the tree trimming it self, meh, first time I have done it with them, may have not gone back to them again next time anyways, but definitely not after this whole difficulty paying them thing.

Just had 4 magnificent oak trees receive some much needed TLC (Pruning, dead wood and ball moss removal, installation of support cables, root crown excavation) from They Might Be Monkeys! Cannot sing their praises enough: Professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, careful, concerned, accommodating, enthusiastic. I could go on & on. What I am most impressed with is the fact that the crew took their time to do the job right, even though it meant that they had to come back for a second day; and there is so much to show for all of their hard work!
It's like new life has been breathed into these trees and they are more georgeous than ever! I highly recommend They Might Be Monkeys! to anyone who has trees on their property. It's worth every penny and your trees will thank you! (& no, I am not an employee either!)

Only problem with writing a review for these guys is that everyone will think I work for them. :- I don't. They are fantastic. From the initial visit from Nevic, to having my tree done today, they have been superb - on time, knowledgeable and friendly. They Might Be Monkeys absolutely loves what they do.you can tell.they love trees, as I do. I hadn't had much work done on trees done before but today, with 3 guys, Chris as the supervisor, they efficiently and artistically trimmed the unruly Ash in my front yard.
Both Chris and Nevic took a lot of time to answer the many questions I had; I never felt rushed or embarrassed when asking my questions. If you're considering anything to do with trees, I recommend these guys. They're great!
