Landtech Landscaping

Water wasters! I live in an apartment community that contracts this company for lawn care. For over a month now I have been complaining about the fact that I pay for a carport specifically to keep my vehicle out of direct weather. Yet somehow my vehicle is soaked 2 times a day for 30min each because they have NO CLUE how to adjust sprinklers properly. I installed systems with ZERO experience on million dollar properties in Seattle & even I can water a lawn correctly without any training! Totally ABSURD!!!! Not to mention if they miss 2wks scheduled & the grass is higher than the typical length, they won't account for that & its overgrown within days. Poor poor quality with no care about the consumers. Smh ☹️

Note: The hail storms did damage the bed of my truck chipping paint off BUT the sprinklers are the reason my entire truck bed is rusting on one side!!! Yes I have before photos showing no rust previously but after over a month of being sprinkler'd, its obviously going to rust! I'll be talking to my renter policy & auto ins about who's responsible when it needs to be repaired. Hail is NOT the only culprit in this damage!

I had the experience of meeting one of the crews for landtech and it was an experience I'll never forget. I've been stuck in a parking lot for two days when this crew arrives around 9:30 am and I'm excited to see another person! All I need is a jump, I have cables and I offered to do it myself, of course I wouldn't get in the vehicle that is owned by the company, but I'm desperate and really don't want to spend another day in the heat.

I was told in very good English that they don't speak English. I laughed thinking it was a joke. No it wasn't. Then the crew refused to help abd looked at me with disgust. I've never been so I dont know what emotion it was, but never that. I am waiting on a response from landtech to find out if it's a company thing or if the crew was just plain rude and inconsiderate. Well here's to another day in the parking lot, looking at 90 degrees today and I'm listening to the crew chat away in perfect English.

Since taking over a new community, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Landtech. Zach in particular has been extremely helpful in making sure our grounds look great year round and providing a thorough plan on seasonal changes. He is professional and helpful with very quick response times, which I appreciate! Highly recommend.

I work in Accounting for a company that uses Landtech for all our maintenance and services. I do not get to see the actual quality of their work but I do work often with Barbara Espinoza on payments, contracts, credits, invoices, etc. Landtech. Take a look at her, and then hire 10 more people like her! She is awesome at her job, very responsive, up to date, friendly, organized and know's exactly how to fix the problems I have on a weekly basis! So though I do not know how good their services actually are, they have an amazing person on their staff and that speaks volumes for the company!

I'm trying to reason with Zach about his employee shooting grass all over my detailed and waxed car. Just giving me a hard time about his 15$ reimbursement. It's a $75 wash and wax job sir. Take responsibility for your crew.

One of their employees backed into and hit my car with their truck. I got out of my car to get their insurance information as per usual, and the manager said that they didn't hit my car and that the damage was already there. He went on to claim that I was trying to scam them by blaming the damage on them. He was extremely belittling and unprofessional throughout the situation.

I ended up having to call the police who were thankfully able to pull some footage from a gas station that showed them clearly hitting my car. Only then did I get their insurance information and they never even apologized. These guys have zero integrity.
