Very nice community garden center. Staff is very nice and helpful. Good selection of trees, shrubs, and plants. Update: had some very good experiences with them. Quite accommodating with delivery. Very prompt and staff was nice. Also 1 unfortunate episode. Bought some pavers, the paver expert could not be bothered to come to register so another worker calculated amount of sand needed. and gave me twice as much.

Now I have to somehow remove the piles of sand on my driveway. Also the joint compound had gone bad; they promptly gave me a refund but couldn't sell me a replacement because it was Saturday and the shed was locked. Saturday, the busiest shopping day of the week? I went to Lowes. Other than that, this is a very nice place. Just don't expect to buy stuff on Saturday.

We had an amazing experience with Barrick and Sons for our patio remodel. They demo'ed our previous deck and build our new beautiful hardscape in 3 weeks. Cody was so easy to communicate with regarding changes or questions during the process. Gustavo and his team were so hard working and also easy to work with during the build. We would strongly recommend this company for any hardscape project.

I buy all of my landscape material from Barrick. Great staff who get you in and out with what you need. They even sold me my utility trailer! Support local.

Justin, the manager, needs customer service training. He lied to me more than once to try and blame me for their broken processes. Then he proceeded to drive to my house and snoop around to later call me and tell me what he saw in my garage.

Nice gardening center with a good variety of plants and accessories. They also have firewood, filler dirt and other landscaping hardscape materials. Don't forget to stop if you're passing through Walkersville.

The delivery driver showed skill & professionalism when delivering a load of firewood to our home. We live on a small private lane on the side of a mountain. The gravel road was iced over yet with skill & determination he safely made the delivery and made his way out. Thank you!

I live several states away and just called and spoke with Brenda. She was most pleasant and helpful. I ordered some blueberry bushes for my daughter for Mother's Day and she was able to schedule them for delivery today. Brenda deserves to be recognized for her excellent customer service.

Visited Barrick right before mandatory stay at home, in early spring. Lovely garden store but too early for veggie plants. A few weeks later we called about curbside pick up. The employees are so nice, and the process of picking up supplies was so easy! Will def go back!

We went there a few times over the past few years. We recently tried working with them to help start our garden. They were downright mean to me over the phone (I have a disability and stutter). I was told they were too busy to talk to me, they pretended to take down my phone number, and hung up when I was clarifying when my wife was free to talk to someone. Their facility is amazing to walk around in and they have lots of options for landscaping. We just were much more successful getting help from small independent farms.

I have to say I have done business here for the last five years. We have purchased firewood, Christmas trees, flowers, annuals, pumpkins and poinsettias. Customer service is par excellence. Firewood is delivered and is always a GENEROUS cord. Love this family business. We love supporting local businesses. Yes, more money than a box store, but great service and high quality products far outweigh the box store experience. Will be shopping there in the future. Thanks Barricks. Dan Smith and Austin Byrd
