I cannot say enough great things about Joseph Lynch and Falcon Landscapes. My wife an I are not strangers to home renovations and the construction world. Until this year we never found ourselves in a horrible position with a terrible contractor. We didn't do all of our due diligence with a 4,000 sf paver project and we paid dearly with the first contractor and the attorney that we needed to involve in order to secure the materials that the contractor ordered with our money on our behalf.
One morning in the middle of the whole mess my wife contacted Joseph at Falcon Landscapes and he was nice enough to talk to us on the phone for a long time. In detail he explained all of the necessary prep work steps that needed to be done in order to obtain a successful long term result. It was at this point we realized what type of a disaster we would have had if we kept our first contractor. Joseph kept in contact with us for two months before we even received our materials from the other contractor, and even before he knew that he would be able to complete the job.
And then 110 pallets of the pavers we ordered months earlier finally arrived. Joseph and his crew were ready. They brought in the right equipment, graded the job, prepped everything to ICPI specs and the pavers started going down. Every morning I would speak to his foreman, who was the nicest man. We would talk about the progress and make minor changes, and every day I came home from work I would marvel at the professionalism of the workmanship. Joseph was there everyday to inspect their work and would often bring the crew beverages and food.
And then the job was finished. And it was so perfect I didn't even want to drive a car on it. Joseph and FALCON landscapes saved us from a horrible experience and gave us an amazing driveway that is the envy of the neighborhood. There are a lot of people in the landscape industry today who don't have any business doing paver projects. Please learn from our experience, save yourself the stress, headaches, uncertainty and choose Falcon Landscapes. Joseph is a good man who runs a good company. My only regret is that I wish we would have found him sooner.

I have to admit, I came in as a skeptic. I have worked with many contractors in the past, and my expectations were not high. Delays, miscommunications, price increases were all part of the process. but then we met Falcon Landscapes and they BLEW ME AWAY! Fabulous communication. Commitment to quality and owner satisfaction. Professional team with VERY skilled artisans and craftsmen who really know their stuff!
These workers were happy, clean and FAST. Our outdated backyard was absolutely transformed into a sweet little paradise for our family to enjoy. I can honestly say that every aspect of this construction process was positive, and I have total confidence in Joseph and his amazing team. Our job was finished ON TIME and ON BUDGET (seriously - how often do you hear that!?!) I would highly recommend him, and trust him with ANY job large or small.

My wife and I met Joseph through a friend that had her backyard remodeled. His high standards and very fine attention to detail extends to his subcontractors as well. Every bit of work and/or modification is well thought out, planned and then perfectly executed. His recommendations for various design aspects such as material choice, landscape lighting and water grading are top notch. We can't find enough compliments to bestow on Joseph and his team of craftsman. We highly recommend a Joseph to tackle your landscape remodeling job because we know he will produce results that will exceed your expectations.

Falcon Landscapes came highly recommended from our general contractor. They did a tremendous job installing our hardscape which included 2,800 sf of paves, 1,200sf of travertine pool decking and coping an outdoor kitchen and fireplace with bench seating. They did such a good job that we had them install our artificial turf and low voltage lighting. The results were resort quality. Highly recommended!
