The contractual agreement with this firm is not adhered to. They are supposed to fertilize, use pesticide, weed control, and irrigation check. In 2 years time, they have only fertilized once (not 4), never applied pesticide, never use weed control when needed, never check irrigation, and chop the grass too short. They have destroyed my lawn which they "say" will replace, but still waiting 11 months later. I wouldn't hire them if they were the only landscaper left on earth.

Horrible service! ASI is under contact with Meritus to maintain the common areas in the community I live in. They are unreliable and provide poor service. The weeds beyond my backyard are 3 ft. tall. Many residents have complained to Meritus but unfortunately their discussions with ASI have gone nowhere, ASI just doesn't care. STAY AWAY FROM ASI LANDSCAPING!

We live in a community serviced by ASI. Sorry to say this but their care of our community common areas has been poor. They quit trimming around our ponds some time ago and haven't treated our grass areas for weeds / insects in over a year. I'm sure this review will either be taken down or disputed (or both), but until that happens I invite anyone to view our development in Riverview. We are in the Summerset section of South Fork III off of Ambleside Drive.

Horrible maintenance, unsupervised crew not performing services per contract. Mowed grass down to the root then burned with over treatment and ASI won't fix the issue or return calls. Root rot has taken over and have no more grass! Manager came to look at issue Over a week ago and admitted ASI is at fault but won't return messages for resolution.

We had ASI come out last year to look at our worn out 1990s landscaping. Justin took care of us. He noticed and pointed out to us things that we had just never noticed or grown accustomed to. Within days he had worked up a competitive proposal and plan for a total revamp of our front and backyard including renderings of what it could look like. He added a feature we never even considered prior to.
We had a tiny homemade brick fire pit in the middle of the backyard. It worked, but Justin saw it as a major opportunity for improvement. He raised it so we could enjoy the fire and a water view. I'll be sitting out there in a few hrs with a bourbon, Some friends and a fire.

In September 2019 one of the landscapers hit my outside a/c unit. I have been speaking with my HOA to get the issue resolved. As of January 28 2020 the issue is not resolved. They sent a ac company to assess the damage. The estimate was sent back in November. I emailed the owner of the company and didn't get a response. The contract was renewed by the HOA but my ac is still not fixed.
Who do I have to speak with? UPDATE: I paid someone to fix the issue and the landscapers bot the ac again. The response this time was we don't see where the unit was moved. I guess if i was on the HOA board it would have been fixed the first time

We had a great experience on a fairly significant overhaul landscaping project for our home. They came out promptly to listen to our ideas, offered some professional opinions without being pushy, quickly sent a highly professional and thorough quote, including revising twice when we changed a few design ideas, and gave a realistic timetable for start and end of the project.
The installation team was tidy, efficient and responsive. We had one timing snag through no fault of the company but they stayed on top of it throughout to ensure completion. And a few weeks later after we noticed a few things that didn't stylistically work quite the way we wanted, they came back again to make sure we were satisfied. We've recommended them to friends and would do so again. Very easy to work with, very reasonably priced and very beautiful outcome!

ASI provides landscape services at the Esplanade of Tampa Community and their lawn care services is terrible. Lawns are not evenly cut, flower beds are not trimmed and edged and we have weeds throughout our property. Many homeowners living in our community are not satisfied with the service we receive for the amount of money we pay. I would not recommend them.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value If you like lip service and poor quality, call ASI. Bi-lingual skills will be helpful since most of the crews do not speak English. Supervisors will go to your property and promise you the world repeatedly, but they just seem to forget to tell the crew serving you. Good luck.

I live in the West End Townhouses near downtown Tampa and I can honestly say this is BY FAR the worst landscaping company I have ever witnessed in my entire life. They cut the grass and trim the bushes and can't even get that right. In addition, they were supposed to fix a clogged drain outside my property and told me they couldn't locate the drain after they dumped rocks on top of it and when I got home I had to shovel out the rocks to locate the drain which I was able to locate within 1 minute in the exact spot where I told them the drain was.
After uncovering the drain, I've now been waiting almost 2 weeks with a hole in the ground that kids have fallen into. and after they were told this was a high priority I'm still wondering if/when this will ever be fixed. Maybe their internal employees reviews make them appear to be a great company but this is honest feedback from someone who NEVER rights reviews unless absolutely necessary.

We have posted speed limits at the Spanish Main for a reason. I am a resident and are expected to observe this. You as visitors should as well. Friday 1 pm your white pick up with logos was leaving the same time as I. Road my tail from horseshoe pits to entrance. Then flew around me on the left at the entrance. Poor business relations. I guess we don't matter

The Board of Directors of the Highland Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. regrets that a resident of our community, acting independently and without official standing, posted disparaging comments about the quality of your work on your company's Facebook page and another unofficial website. They have been identified on a punch list and our expectation is that the work will be completed to our satisfaction in a timely manner. Thank you for your trust in the integrity of our Association by agreeing to perform all work without requiring a deposit or milestone payments. This demonstrates your high level of confidence that we will be satisfied with the finished product.
