Vizzari Brothers Enterprises

We contacted Vizzari Brothers for some work around our office and they were very quick to respond. We had an influx of flying ants and some other critters in our office area and they did a perimeter pest control. We haven't seen a pest since. They also inspected and repaired some of the sprinkler systems the previous company destroyed and refused to repair or replace. So far Vizzari Brothers is doing amazing work and the techs I've worked with are very friendly.

This is the best landscaping company in the Tampa area. We have used them for over 10 years. They do residential as well as commercial work. They also repair/replace sprinkler heads, fertilize and treat lawns, cut back bushes and palms, etc. They always do a fantastic job. They are polite and professional. Highest recommendation!

I can't believe I have finally found a company that actually knows what they're talking about. These guys give me answers to my questions and even reach out when there's an issue. They have been spraying my lawn and shrubs for over a year now. They cleaned up the mess of weeds the previous company left me and made the lawn look great. A few months ago I received a text from a manager named Tim concerning a couple dry areas in my lawn.

He got me in touch with the owner (coincidentally also named Tim) and they came out and made the repairs. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg and my grass is greener than ever! Im very pleased with their fertilizer service and their irrigation service now too! Highly recommend! Small, local business is an added bonus!

I've used Vizzari for years, and the quality of service and timeliness has significantly diminished in the last two years. I understand having a small business can be difficult for scheduling, but several times over the last two years, there have been weeks upon weeks where the lawn crew just didn't show up. I call, leave a message because the phones generally aren't answered, and then not get a phone call back for about a 3-5 days, or ever, right before the crew shows up. Forgivable, but disappointing.

The problem we have run into is the lack of care for our things, specifically our garden spaces where we grow food in raised planters and rocky or mulched areas. We have very clearly delineated garden areas in our yard that have actually reduced the space the crew needs to take care of. We've put up signs to not spray weed killer in those areas, to not trim in those areas, and we've also called to let Tim know those areas are off limits.

Our requests have been denied again and again. This past spring/summer, our watermelon patch (blocked by gates and mulched grown in tires) were chopped to bits and left without even a knock on the door. We called, explained what happened, and Tim basically asked what we wanted him to do about it. He said he already had a new crew starting the following week, so begrudgingly, we left the mistake at that.

Then this month, after not coming to mow for 3.5 weeks (12/10 to 1/8), I called and left a message on 1/4 to never have my phone call returned inquiring if there was a billing issue that would delay our service. The crew shows up on 1/8 and butchers our garden, chopping down four or five papaya trees, a squash plant, and all of our pollinator flowers.

No knock on the door again. These trees were close to two feet tall and have a very distinctive look, so they are clearly not weeds. Likewise, the area they chopped in was rocky, and they left the actual invasive weeds behind. At this point, we have mailed to terminate our services. It is a shame that they cannot care for our lawn properly any longer. After years of recommending them to friends and family, I would not recommend their services again.

I love seeing their trucks at stores or wherever I remember one of them caught on fire one morning when the power steering line broke and it sprayed on the hot exhaust manifold poor kid put the fire out and went on without no power steering what a soldier

Tim replaced our irrigation timer. He performed the necessary electrical work and tested all of our zones. He was very friendly and professional. I will call him again for future jobs.

Talked to Mr. Vizzari about doing my yard, agreed upon a service for my yard, which was a continuation of the service that they did for the previous owner. They came on a Friday, which is the day they do our neighborhood. The grass was mowed and trimmed, however the most important thing I asked them for was not completed (hedges). I called talked to Mr. Vizzari again on Friday when I returned from home and explained the situation, he told me that they would come back on Monday, it rained so no harm no foul, Tuesday, no rain and no call from the brothers, so I called and no answer nor no return call, so I promptly fired them. I cannot recommend them to anyone and will ensure my neighbors are well informed.
