BCI-Border Creations, Inc. offers 2D and 3D Hardscape Design services. Our design software helps our customers visualize their conceptual idea of the perfect final layout of their project. Initially I would have rated this a 5* review because the installed pavers did come out good, it is the issues that arose after and the attitude of the owner that would cause me to never recommend this company again. During install the company had cut my pool light wire while removing the light fixture. The owner states that if this had been the case they would have absolutely brought it to my attention that is must be the transformer.
I had an electrician come out and they pulled a perfectly clean cut wire out of the cut conduit right where the paver crew was working. So either the crew hid the damage from the owner or unknowingly hit it, either way it was never brought to my attention. Upon bringing it to the owner their response was sorry, I can give you a discount on additional work. Additionally the owner pushed me into doing an acid wash clean for the pool after install and promised me it was the best thing to do.
After about 6 months my pool finish has started to wear away and several companies that specialize in pool resurfacing have all told me had I not done the acid wash my pool would be in much better shape. Please don't let this company push you to do the acid wash cleaning if you choose to use them to do your next project.

My wife and I hired BCI on a recommendation from our builder. We have been extremely pleased with every aspect of the project they were hired to do very soon after we closed on our new home. Our project included paving the lanai, plus adding 17 feet back from the lanai's edge, and adding a screen cage over that addition. BCI also built a 13'x13' additional patio off the screened in area, including a beautiful circular gas fire pit in the center.
In addition to our backyard project, we had them pave our front porch / entry way and entry way sidewalk. Kevin Reynolds and his team of professionals did an outstanding job. We gave Kevin our overall vision of what we wanted, and he expertly guided his team to produce a finished product that exceeded our expectations. Kevin used a couple of sub-contractors (Tampa Screen / Gasmasters) and manages the project entirely.
When you have a project like ours, issues will occur. In each case, Kevin took ownership of them, and had his team follow up to proper correction and completion. Also, I'd like to add that Kevin's right hand man, Ryan, also did an exemplary job in his role. I highly recommend Kevin's company based on competence, follow through, honesty and fair pricing.
