I have been a nurse for 10 years and I can honestly say that this is my favorite place I've ever worked. The staff are absolutely incredible! Our Executive Director has a servant leadership style and that trickles through the rest of the team here and makes us all want to do the best we possibly can! All the staff genuinely care about people and go above and beyond to make sure the resident's needs are met.

Team work is what we do best and we treat one another with mutual respect and kindness. Our caregivers have hearts of gold and work very hard every day. The residents are so fun and friendly, too! They welcome all the new people moving in and make sure they feel at home. It is a warm, loving atmosphere and I am so happy to be a part of it!

Jen Blombetg Jen has shown me that her level of care far exceeds what my expectations were, she goes way above and beyond the care of what I would call the norm of work standards. She has developed a bond with my wife and others that can only come with experience and a compassion for her job. She does what others can strive for. Her level of care is a rare find.

I have worked in memory care here for 6 months and too say the staff is more like a FAMILY! We all have fun and still get our work done! We have a GREAT CLEAN Building! I started working here in august of this year. If you want a job where your bosses treat you with respect and take your concerns seriously this is the job for you! The management is amazing and you get to work with great residents.

Boulder ponds is the best facility I have EVER worked for. They treat their employees with major respect, very understanding when life obstacles occur. Great hours, They also have the best pay rate for HHA's. All the residents are beyond lovely, kind, and caring people. Working for them was the best decision I've made since covid has hit. Great place for anyone looking for AL/IL, our memory care staff is also VERY amazing at their jobs! We have such a great team here. Join our team

I am so proud and grateful to be part of the team at Boulder Ponds. From our Executive Director, to nursing, and Home Health Aides, the level of care and respect that is provided to residents and staff alike, is unlike any place I've ever been. There is a feeling of welcome warmth that that is unmistakable, and you feel it the minute you walk through the front doors.

The staff and management is excellent. Beautiful clean building, management always willing to help and make sure staff is good. Management goes above and beyond at Boulder Ponds. Jen Blomberg has made it welcoming in the memory care unit. She makes sure my Mom is been for her appointments and breakfast ordered so I can get her to appointments on time. She lets me know if she sees something not quite right with my Mom. My Mom really connects with her and she treats my Mom so lovingly. Jen is invaluable in the memory care area. You can tell Jen really likes her job and treats all residents with compassion and respect.
