For over 40 years, New Berlin Landscape Company Trees on the Move has provided all forms of landscaping services, including creative design, professional construction and maintenance and Tree sales. Trees in the Move provides landscape services to New Berlin, Muskego, Franklin, Sussex, Pewaukee and surrounding areas.
Every crew that worked on the project was courteous, professional and went over and above my expectations. I have recommended TOTM to all my friends. Thank you for making my yard the oasis I had always envisioned. I was so happy to find out that Trees on the Move had a concrete division. I was having a hard time finding someone to do smaller jobs.
Brick paving is a great way to enhance the beauty and functionality of your landscape. Trees On The Move can help create beautiful walkways that direct you through your landscape, or larger spaces like a patio that provide outdoor rooms to entertain and relax in. They are available in an amazing array of colors, patterns and textures that will complement your homes' exterior and transform your yard into an extension of your family's living space. Brick pavers far outlast regular concrete and asphalt and have very little maintenance when compared to wood decking.
Choosing the right contractor to design and install your new landscape is critical towards its success. Knowing the soil conditions, drainage, grade changes, utility line locations, and site access along with the proper selection of plants and materials are just the beginning of a well organized plan.

My family visited Trees on the Move on Mother's Day to replace a tree that died in our yard. We had a type of tree in mind when we visited but he also showed us a few similar trees that we are considering for our next purchase. The process to purchase our Spring Snow Crab was quick and easy. Now we just wait for delivery and install. As a side note, Daniel was the only person working the yard at the time and did excuse himself to go greet another customer and came right back. I thought this was very professional just acknowledging the other customers.

What a sad excuse for a company. I spoke to a rep named TJ who seemed very nice at the beginning until he came to my home and found out how small the project was. At that point I started hearing less and less from him so I asked if we can discuss the project more and his response was for a $600 fee he can move forward. I don't think I have ever heard of somebody charging you to talk to them. LOL

We had our old sidewalks removed and new ones installed this past June. Matt and his guys did an awesome job all around. They were all really nice and my husband and I enjoyed chatting with them on our way to work. Matt is an absolute cement artist. He listened to what we wanted to see and made suggestions that he thought would look better. Thank goodness we took his advice because the sidewalks turned out gorgeous! Had we gone with our original plans I know we would not have been as happy with our sidewalks.
When I came home and saw how the sidewalks transformed the look of our house/yard I wanted to cry I was so happy. He suggested the perfect color of cement and type of front and side stoops. Looking back, I probably wasn't the easiest customer because I changed my mind several times but Matt was always gracious to me. I highly recommend Trees on the Move Cement, you won't be sorry!

I would not recommend Trees on the Move. My experience has been that they bait the consumer and then say they can't do the job unless you agree to do more work, which means pay more money than you planned. Very unethical. Unless of course you agree up front to pay much more than you thought the job was worth. My advice is to try another company. You will save money and aggravation.

I was so happy to find out that Trees on the Move had a concrete division. I was having a hard time finding someone to do smaller jobs. Matt and his crew came to my rescue. They replaced my front walkway and steps to the city sidewalk. Matt was quick to answer calls or texts and within 4 days of signing a contract, I had a crew at my house. They completed the job in one day and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Trees on the Move's Concrete division for all your concrete needs. I intend to use them again in the future.

Cannot recommend as scheduled one appointment resulted in a no show no call. Contacted them as I know stuff happens. SHOCKED to get same response. Most hilarious part of story. One week later I get an email from them promoting their business. Stay away unless you have time to waste wondering if they will show up for a scheduled appointment.

If I could put 0 stars I would have. Gary has to be the most arrogant, BS'er sales person we've ever experienced! I wouldn't spend a dime with them unless you are happy with lower than expected results, zero communication and not honoring what was discussed! We spent over $5,000 with them in November, 2012 with the understanding that 2012 was a bad year for trees and that these 18 trees/evergreens we bought should be fine BUT if they aren't, they would be covered. Yeah, right!
We started calling in March or April because we wanted to start another project that they were keen on quoting. It's December 8th and the amount of phone calls, complete lack of communication not only with us but with Gary and his employees has been a complete joke! And yes.as another reviewer wrote.they don't listen to what you want anyway! Gary completely 'dissed' our deck that we designed and built by saying 'the improvements that we wanted to do for the landscaping didn't match the quality of the deck.' Also, we like contemporary designs and 'that sorta thing isn't done in Wisconsin!' Are you kidding me?!
As a sales rep, if I EVER treated my customers like this, I wouldn't have any at all! We currently have about 6 trees that are dead. Gary & Ziggy both have been out to our house on numerous occasions this year to look at the trees. And no, Gary (the owner) still hasn't put something in writing that he told my husband he would do 2 MONTHS AGO stating that WE would pay $125 per tree if they were still dead next spring.
And why WE should have to pay anything is beyond me BUT we can't find the warranty information even though we had a verbal agreement with Gary. Gary is only concerned about his big commercial accounts like Harley, SC Johnson, Taco Bell etc. There's always an excuse for everything from Gary. What a complete joke! Don't waste your time OR your money and if you do decide to do business with them after all of these 1 stars, get EVERYTHING in writing and don't just believe his BS!
