From the planning process to the installation, working with Central Services was a pleasure. We had a complete landscape plan including an enlarged patio and a pergola developed by a landscape architect and they executed it beautifully. Sarah was extremely helpful in working with us to select materials and even met with us at the paving supplier. Scott and the installation team did an outstanding job and responded positively to many questions from us and consulted us several times as questions arose for them. We are delighted with the end result and look forward to many years enjoying our new outside living space. We highly recommend Central Services for landscaping projects.

We are blown away by the work done by Central Services. They did stone wall work, lighting, stone, mulch, trees, flowers, bushes and a gas fireplace for us. Had the lawn rolling and aeration done May 2020. The yard is pretty bumping, it's been like that a long time. The 2000lb Rollzilla was no match for this Oak Creek, WI clay under belly. The operator got the ride of his life on this yard. He did his best to work it. Maybe if it would have been wetter it might have worked somewhat better. We chatted after the aeration was done and he said it is not a once and done job.
I knew that going in. I will have them come out again in the fall or next spring and maybe Rollzilla can win round 2. If your yard is really rough, like it's hard to control your lawn mower and have to slow way down, the job will take more than once or twice. The crew is top notch and very quick at what they do. Quality equipment too. Hope for better results next time!

This company does NOT stand by their work. We hired them to fix a drainage problem in our back yard. this is 2 months later. swamp land. We originally asked about a french drainage system but they told us we didn't need that and the problem would be fixed without it. This is a an email from them stating just that. Yet they said they completed the work? Am I crazy or is this NOT FIXED!
No installation of any type of drainage product. The drainage will be accomplished with the proper pitch toward the basin to the south. The lawn as it is in now is not graded properly and that is why there is or was standing water. What we will do is remove the excess soil and regrade so that it is pitched with a swale towards the south. That is what should have been done in the first place.
Would you like me to send over a copy of the proposal to review what we will be doing? Scott explained that the water drainage could be done affordably with surface grading and not installing a new underground drainage system.

Amazing company! They installed a back yard oasis and a beautiful walk way. Couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone. We will be enjoying this patio for years to come. My wife and I are very happy with Sara and her team. She always lets me know the day before they come out to fertilize the lawn. This is very helpful. Sara is always available to answer our lawn questions either via email or good old fashioned telephone. Gary and his team helped with our irrigation issues a few years back and we couldn't be happier. Gary is always available to answer any questions.

After my original review was posted I received a call from Central Services and they have provided a free aeration for my lawn. This was apparently an unfortunate error by an incompetent employee who has since been terminated and an office employee who was not skilled in customer service. I would have no problem recommending Central Services in the future.

Central Services installed a fence for me. I love it; it is the perfect border for my yard. I was also impressed with the two men who installed it. They were efficient, tidy and pleasant. Though there were spotty showers during the day, they completed the job. I will absolutely consider Central Services for further projects.

I live in West Allis and my Lawn is sprayed every year by Central Services and my Yard is Noticeably the best looking Yard down my street. They call me in Advance to let me know they are coming and even if I forget they go out of their way to move my kids toys off the lawn and avoid my Dogs Land mines that are left. If you are looking for a company that takes pride in what they do and has above excellent Customer service I would recommend Central Services for the Job
