Asked for a price to cut lawn before job was done I was told another price. Asked to stop then the owner starts berating and cussing before demanding money. I tell him to leave he then start hurling racial epithets. He then shoves me on my property. Hire him if you want a racist mowing your lawn. This guys told me to leave the country even though I was born here. Dont use him

Elite Landscape is not a "reputable" company with regard to a warranty claim for landscaping lighting that was installed to correct a hole that was drilled in the wrong location in the siding in the back of the house during an irrigation system installation. Contacted the company and was denied warranty service by the President of the company with regard to the fixture problems as they "have bent over backwards" to provide customer satisfaction after the installation and would not provide warranty service because of the negative posting of the many problems caused by the company during the installation. First, the entire installation of the irrigation was a "total" disaster.
The problems with the hydroseeding, power washing of the house, and the hole drilled in the wrong location in the siding to complete the installation really left something to be desired. Second, the President of the company offered to take siding off of his shed to replace the damaged siding that was totally unacceptable. However, the solution to correct the problem was to install the landscape lighting that was totally acceptable and greatly appreciated. But, the installation of the landscaping lighting required the electrical cord for the lighting to be stretched approximately 10 feet to connect to the existing outside electrical outlet and the President of the company refused to pay for the installation of an additional outlet that I should not have had to pay for. Consequently, an electrician had to be hired at my expense to install an additional electrical outlet to accommodate the cord so that no-one would trip over the exposed cord on the patio that was a real safety issue.
This extra outlet expense would not have been necessary if the installation would have been performed properly in the first place. Consequently, the comment from the President of the company that they "totally bent over backwards "to satisfy a customer with a poor installation of an irrigation system is not true. Third, the President of the company would not provide warranty service for the landscape lighting fixtures because of a previous negative post of the problems on yelp as he indicated that Elite Landscape is a "reputable" company.
The negative posting, as well as this update, is to warn potential customers of this "nightmare" when considering Elite Landscape for any landscape work. Why wouldn't one want to alert other consumers of this "nightmare" that continues even after three years. In fact, in checking yelp.com today my review had four favorable comments.
