Color me impressed! Aquapond installed two aerators in my pond. Over the winter one quit working. Sean came out diagnosed the problem next day. He took the pump to the shop and got the manufacturer to overnight him a part. He was back out in a couple days to finish the job. The thing that impressed me was he kept in contact about what he was doing. That's getting really rare these days. The charge? Free!

His work is outstanding. Aquapond came to our property when we were searching for a nice garden pond to be built. We were unsure of the exact placement of the pond, but with his knowledge of proper digging with trees etc; the spot he chose is perfect. The finished product is beautiful and so relaxing to see every season up and running. The business is family owned and such pleasant workers.

I have lived in Perrysburg, Oh for the last 7 years. We have a pond that's about an acre and a half and it hasn't been maintained for at least 8 to 9 years. It was surrounded with horsetails and weeds so thick you couldn't even get through in some areas. I had multiple companies come out and give me an estimation on what it would take to make our pond swimmable for the summer. Aquapond came out and I was directly talking to the owner, explaining everything to me with great detail.
I told my husband I trust these people we need to go with them and I'm so happy I did. Shawn I can't thank you enough, your team and family for the summer you helped bless us with. A dream I thought was out of grasp. Shawn and his team came out and did the impossible they turned my pond into a haven. He even had his family out their cleaning and working on my pond.
I meet his whole family and they are exceptional! Shawn meet my all my deadlines and had my pond ready for my daughters 3rd birthday. Aquapond has also been helping me maintain my pond and I'm hoping if it gets cold enough we will be ice skating on it soon! Thank you again for everything if anyone needs pond maintenance this is the place to call!

We hired them to come to our home to adjust our pump. Some how we were talked into s new pond. The pond he did caved in and had to get attorneys involved. Then he said he had no money so we can't sue him! He wanted to move our pond. Our pond was redone and in the same spot and looks amazing now. Because of another company. Never got a refund. He put broken parts in our pond as well. Not a fan!
