They were friendly and delivery was quick. They worked with me to figure out what I needed and made it as easy as possible.

This crew is top tier customer service. We have a large swimming pong and they have always done our beach sand. This year was a little more difficult with all the rain we have had, I didn't want them to drive across the lawn with the dump truck and leave ruts. We were in constant communication to make sure when a good delivery day was. Not only did they drop off on a nice dry hot day, they put the sand exactly where it needed to go with zero mess. Thank you again crew!

Jim and the team at Woodville Road Nursery were nothing but wonderful the entire process of landscaping our new home. They kept us updated on the time frame throughout the planning process. They also went out of their way to find the exact rock we wanted for our job and had it trucked in. All the employees were extremely hard working and kept the job site clean throughout installation. We now have beautiful landscaping that finishes our home.

I live nearby and needed dirt and mulch so I checked out some local businesses and their reviews. I chose this place due to being close to my home and the moderately positive reviews. My original intention was to purchase dirt, go home and unload it, and then back to purchase the mulch. I was also going to purchase some of the landscape fabric to put down before I placed the mulch. However, after the experience I had while purchasing the dirt, I decided to take my business elsewhere for the other items on my list and for everything landscape related here on out.

I was told the owner is the one that helped me. I was shocked that the OWNER of the company was the one being rude to me while I was trying to purchase dirt. Just a small part of the interaction went something like this: I was asked how much dirt I wanted and I then asked what they use to load it. I asked if they used a bobcat or a front loader. I was rudely told they "don't have bobcats there" and I explained I was just wondering what they used to load so I knew how much a "scoop" of dirt would be because then I would know how many scoops I wanted to purchase.

I was then told by the man (in a snotty tone) that I need to learn my terminology if I want questions answered and to make sense. Isn't it the professionals job to understand the terminology and help the customer then understand so they can make an informed purchase? He was rude and seemed annoyed that I was even there to purchase anything.

Called 5 mins before closing to place an order and they delivered within 10 hrs. Customer service was better than Amazon! The rock is beautiful great quality and prices were on par with multiple other nurseries. So easy and satisfying! Great experience.

Had a fantastic experience at Woodville Nursery today. The staff were super friendly and really know their stuff. The compost I purchased seems very high quality - excited to give it a try! I'll definitely be back.

Always purchased bulk mulch from them, great deal! Bought two large size maple trees from them 7 years ago, which they brought out and planted for me. They have grown into two large beautiful shade trees. Will always make my yard purchases from them.

I decided to tackle a major project this weekend at the last minute so I called Woodville Road Nursery and was able to get a large quantity of stone delivered same day! I have used them in the past and they are professional, quick, and they have good prices too! I was really impressed that someone answered the phone before they opened and was more than happy to work with me on a rush delivery. I am very happy with my experience will continue using this company in the future!

I just visited this past weekend to purchase a weeping red bud tree and had a great experience. They were very friendly and helpful despite being very busy with other customers purchasing bulk mulch and stone. I wasn't really sure what I wanted but they took the time to help me select a tree then dug up, trimmed, loaded, and gave me advice on how to plant and care for it.

They are very knowledgeable and take great care of their customers! They have a great selection of trees and plants as well as stone and mulch fairly priced. I would definitely recommend!

Always a pleasure working with Jim. He replaced all my arborvitae (I over fertilized them) and recommended replacements for evergreens that I purchased elsewhere that would struggle to survive in our zone. They were planted when I got home from work. :)
