As our customer, we'll take the time to learn your business, so we can manage your landscape in ways that work toward your organization's bigger goals. Services
We start by investing in training for our people and equipping them with the latest technologies to do their jobs. That helps them care for turf, plants, and trees. It also helps them manage the finer details - like giving you reports on the health of your landscape and helping you spend less on water.
This efficiency maximizes your landscape management investment through "continuity of care." As our client, you can always reach us with a single phone call and we'll provide a timely response with the appropriate resources to maintain your trust. We have worked with CareScape to represent our grounds as an equal to the collections and exhibitions we present to our visitors.
For over 25 years, CareScape continues to provide valued landscape management services to all types of clients. We know every customer property is unique. At CareScape, we will help you to make the most of yours. Whether you want to increase property values, expand sustainability efforts, promote greater satisfaction, or control expenses, we'll show you how proper landscape management can help your organization achieve even bigger goals. With CareScape on your team, you'll appreciate our commitment that your landscape assets are properly maintained, protected, and leveraged.
CareScape people are drawn together by common values. We believe our entire company is only as good as our individual performance. That's why we hire the best people and provide them with ongoing training, a respectable wage, and the highest standards. As a result, many choose to grow their careers with us.

I came on here because one of their drivers cut me off and then proceeded to get mad at me for honking at them, at first I wanted to find the owners email to send my dash cam footage but was unable to find any emails so I went to the reviews and saw another person complaining about their driving capabilities

No clue how well they do landscape, but their drivers don't know how the simple principal (and law.) of "slower traffic keep right" and they cause quite a bit of erratic driving and road rage issues while they are going down the road in the HOV lane while traveling slower than traffic in the far right lane.

Just wanted to write a follow up review. My Santos Diaz Jr. of carescape was very responsive to my complaint and was nice enough to come out this morning and explain things to me regarding our front yard water lines. He also offered me a variety of options on available new plants and was very reassuring that the issues will be taken care of. So thank you carescape for coming out quickly and responding.

They maintain our landscape in Palm Valley and they are the worst we've seen. Hire totally inexperienced people who hack the trees and shrubs to nubs, just horrible trimming. Sad the neighbors have to look at the poor work they do and many have expressed their disapproval and disdain for Carescape. The worst we've seen and certainly someone can find another company who hires people that actually know what they are doing. These clowns are to be avoided! If I could give negative stars I would.

(This company has branches in several cities; our location appears to be served by their Cottonwood office.) Hired by our building's owner, Carescape workers began removing vines that contained hummingbird nests, protected by federal law. When I told them they would be violating the law, they just laughed, smiled, and ignored me. Documented the entire interaction on video, which I will post in the near future.
At least one and maybe two were lost. In the several years I have seen Carescape (what a misnomer!) work on this property, I have never seen any work that I would rank above mediocre. But the workers on this assignment were the worst of the lot.
