Left a message. Never received a call back. Needless to say I found somebody else to do the work I needed.

We are so happy with the results for our backyard. They were on time, they worked the whole day and got everything done when they said they would. Jake is amazing to work with. He always responded quickly to my questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our liking. Service: New construction services

I'm in the process of selling my house. The week before it was supposed to go on the market, The valve box in the backyard was flooding over my pavers making a mess in the backyard. I called them to have someone come out and repair it. I explained how it was urgent and I needed someone to take care of it immediately. I explained how I was under a lot of stress because the house was going to be shown in four days.

The woman who answered the phone said that she was going to put a work order in for me. She said that I would get a call back and they would let me know what time they could come over. Two days passed and nothing. I called a different company who came out that day. The leak was in the conduit that was running underneath the pavers. In addition to that, the PVC piping that they used for the garden and lawn section was "the cheap kind" according to the new landscaper.

Water had been gushing out of them underneath the pavers for God knows how long eroding under the pavers by the valve box. He said he was surprised it wasn't destroyed years ago. They used "cheap equipment and parts" for my project and then ignored me when I needed help. They finally called a day after everything was fixed. It was probably four or five days after I first contacted them. I never responded and have no intention of recommending their services to anyone at this point.

Left a message for them a week ago, and no one has gotten back to me. Will try a more responsive company.

I have to say that designing a WHOLE back yard is a daunting task! I was referred to Kevens lanndscaping by a friend, we had the pleasure of working with Jake! Jake made the whole process fun! He was on the spot, creative & always did what he said he was going to do! He is also very honest and upfront! He answered EVERY call and text (and trust me there were lots!) Jake always had a smile and good advice. I would use him again and refer him to any of my friends and family! I actually consider him a friend of mine now! Use Kevens, ask for Jake! You will not be sorry!

Within 3 days I had renderings, 3D pics of my house with plants, rock, artificial grass, gate, lighting. And drip system. They far exceeded ALL my expectations in delivering what they had on paper. They showed up on time everyday. left a clean work site.

This is a licensed company for landscaping work and they did very good quality work for us. Our landscape planning was done according to our interest and preferences. The final work was completed in the pre-defined time and we are highly satisfied with their work.

We have been customers of Kevens Landscaping Co. for several years. They designed and have maintained our landscaping all this time. We could not be happier with all that they have done for us. They were especially helpful after losing two large trees during the recent windstorms. The office staff and the outside crews have always been courteous, professional, helpful, and reliable.

Stay away from this business! Delayed almost a month after contracted. Bad at returning texts and phone calls. Used already used materials, pillar caps put on once, pillars needed redone so the same caps were reapplied thus cement on top of the pillars! Painted only outside of the wall, had to call and complain then waited another 4 days for inside to be done.

Lost 4 inches of our property as wall not in proper place. But the best part was Keven wanting to be paid in full before all the final inspection done! Threats made to place a lein on the house. Really! Never was Keven told he would not receive rest of his payment, we just needed to know this work would pass inspection as it had already failed once.

Never did clean up all their garbage, we had to. Oh, yes, we still have a block that was not put in place on the side wall which Keven has been made aware of and trust me I'm very sure he had no intention of placing it. This business took advantage of a working relationship for their benefit.

When there was a question about drains and drip for pot's, Keven stepped up and provided what was necessary to make us happy. Keven is friendly, professional and respectful and we would work with him again in the future. Thanks Keven for the outstanding customer service.

Kevens Landscaping just completed our backyard and did an AMAZING job! Shirley Hoover helped us design our yard from day one with the expertise we did not have. With our input as well as hers, she designed a spectacular oasis that turned out above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. We highly recommend Kevens Landscaping and give them 5+ stars! OUTSTANDING! This is the best superlative I can use to describe our experience with Kevens Landscaping. From our initial meeting with designer John W. to the daily interaction with superintendent Mike who checked on daily progress to Chico the foreman who along with his crew did an excellent job with all the hands on work. John W. is an superb designer who drafted beautiful plans for our front and back yards ( a large scale job) and worked with us on minor variations we requested.

He went the extra mile to ensure that we got it just right before the work started. Mike the Super. was SUPER in that he checked on progress on a daily basis and ensured that his workers performed exactly as required and that every detail was to our satisfaction. Follow-up after the completion of the job was appreciated and respected. Chico and his crew were the ones who showed up on- time daily and did the work. Chico is an incredible worker with a great work ethic and it was my pleasure to have had him on my job.

They showed up early and worked late and always spent time at the end of the day to clean-up the yards. There was no trash left lying around and all work tools were put away. Chico worked with us daily on minor details and always assuaged our concerns. Thanks Chico. A shout-out. Chico needs to be the next one promoted at this company. For those of you reading this post, this company did an OUTSTANDING job for us and we are VERY pleased with the outcome. Would recommend to family, friends and others in a heartbeat.
