A few years ago they installed about 20 outdoor KED landscape lights in front & back yard. As 5 lights are no longer working with new bulbs & I want to add additional lights, I called them FIVE months ago & they said it would be 4-6 weeks. Called them after waiting 2 months, same thing they'll come in a few weeks & don't show. Then they phoned me that they'll be at the house and gave me 10 minutes notice & left when I wasn't home. Wow Unbelievable!
No one called me to apologize or reschedule. And despite an unseasonably warm fall, and several more texts and calls and 5 weeks later not a single light fixture has been replaced. What a way to run a business. They used to be reliable and came when they said and actually returned calls, but apparently that's even asking too much! I am so frustrated. Recommend you look elsewhere.

The team did a nice job of fixing another companies installed system. There was no pressure to upgrade, instead they educated us on what we have and explained what an in deal upgrade would look like. Honest, straight forward. We will count on Nightlites of Cleveland to service and install new lighting feature.

This was an ideal experience from our point of view: 1. The initial consultation was informative and professionally presented by the owner of the business. 2, The terms of the agreement were simple. No money was required from us until we were satisfied with the installation and all of its components. So we were at ZERO risk of paying for something we were not satisfied with. 3.
The installation team arrived on time, did the work required including a far more complex portion on our brick floored front porch than what they had anticipated, cleaned up completely, and explained the system and its operation to us. 4. The owner came back a few nights later to do a several adjustments that only became visible in the dark. He was very accommodating and left us only after were were completely satisfied. 5.
The net result has been an incredible enhancement of the visual appearance of our house and yard after dark. In our opinion it looks beautiful. In fact we are so thrilled that we are going to add a couple more lights to give a complete job. Nightlights of Cleveland has been a pleasure to deal with. There is no pressure like we have felt with other home enhancement suppliers.
They are fairly priced, and the "no money down" policy speaks volumes about the ethics of the owners of this company. They intend to do an excellent job and don't feel entitled to any compensation until they have brought the job to a satisfactory conclusion. If you are looking to enhance your home or business call Todd Moore and his team. You will be delighted that you did. PostScript: 08.15.20 We liked the results so well that we had Todd come back and he added an additional up-light on a tree that we had not originally planned to light along with 4 path lights along a river-rock path that leads to the back of our house. Our next door neighbors liked the results at our house so well that they are having Nightlights install a system at their house in September, the first available date.

I am absolutely ecstatic about my new home lights from Nitelights of Cleveland. The crew was very knowledgeable and I can't explain how neat they were in my yard, /flower beds. I could hardly tell they were event there. I trusted Todd with his suggestion on what I needed to make my house pop and he far exceeded the expectations. He was honest, prompt, and the bang for buck was far more than expected.
I literally had neighbors come outside when the sun went down to look at my house. Hands down in regards to outdoor lighting, my house is by far the most professional lit home in the estates. You can tell a Walmart/Lowes do it yourself job that others have done in the neighbor hood. One neighbor even said "SH*T" I should have had a pro do it like you. If you can't tell im' truly excited. Nitelights has a client and a rave supporter for life!
