Quoted a wrong price and when I called the guy was extremely rude. No one called to correct mistake and went ahead and charged a higher price. Even the manager was rude and has an attitude " you want the mulch or not" Disgusted with this place. If you can't be nice you should not be in business. UNABLE TO REPLY- BUT NOW YOU ARE LYING- YOU NEVER CALLED BEFORE DELIVERY. THE DELIVERY GUY JUST SHOWED UP ( HE WAS VERY NICE) BUT THE MANAGER IS VERY ARROGANT, OBNOXIOUS AND RUDE. HE ALSO LIES

Company was given clear instructions as to where to dump mulch (enormous load-5 yards). Instead of following instructions, they dropped the load within 2 feet of the closed garage door-affectively blocking both cars that were in the garage. One would think common sense would not place a load of mulch in this area. I am pretty disgusted.

Very happy with their delivery, they came all the way across North Royalton and Strongsville to deliver only 1.5 yds of garden soil and it was incredibly reasonably priced. They were prompt in returning calls and a pleasure to deal with.

Brookpark yard can't ever figure out if they are open or not so call and say they are open till 4. 2pm and they are closed. Thank you for wasting my time yet again

Went there for gravel and Jerry was very helpful and took care of our landscaping needs he answered all my wife and my guestions saved me a lot of time and money and the gentleman and young in the office were very friendly and set me up for dilivery, had my gravel 123, I definitely will get my landscaping needs here

Extremely knowledgeable staff and patient! Took the time to assess all needs and make appropriate calculations. Very reasonably priced.

Worst company ever! Don't deal with Karen at Royalton supply she thinks she owns the place, does she not realize there are 25 different mulch supplying companies in the area. won't honor my contractor discount even though I ordered last week 5/28/21 and was given contractor pricing under my name. kept me on hold for 10 min and then comes back and tells me i need to bring papers in proving I own a landscape business and then hung up the phone.

Just go to AAA landscaping in North Royalton where there prices are already at contractor pricing, I'm never ordering from Royalton supply again! I was a customer for 16 years! Karen did a great job to loose my business and i hope they will regret hiring her!

I have had two recent deliveries of topsoil from this company. Both arrived on time and the quality of the soil was excellent! No pieces of clay mixed in and there are little to no weed seeds contained in the soil.

Called to place an order for topsoil. Was ordering 10 yards, and we got to the address, phone number and instructions for delivery. They will not deliver or dump off the driveway or in the street. Oh well, no order from me.

Called on a Monday and set up a topsoil drop off for Friday morning. Mark, the guy who answered was really nice. Said no problem ill call you by 8:30am Friday and get your cc info then we will drop off around 9am. Took my name, address and phone number. Friday morning 9:30 rolls around and still no phone call. By this time I called 3 times and left a message. Decided to call the Royalton office (i was originally dealing with the one in brook Park).

The manager didn't know why no one was answering, said call him back in 40min if no one gets ahold of me. Again nothing, this manager at the Royalton location acted like it was no big deal. He said this is a mess and that Mark guy never sent a pick ticket over? And that I shouldn't have dealt with him? Like I knew, he's the one who answered the phone.

So Royalton did deliver my soil almost 3hrs late and what I was quoted by Mark was wrong price as well. So I was charged a higher price than quoted and still a delivery fee. If I didn't take the day off work and half the day wasn't over, I would have called a different company.

You cannot ask for nicer people who are willing to help you with your purchase. We buy our mulch, topsoil and stone from them every year and they always are willing to accommodate our schedule. Thank you

What this company tried to pass of as topsoil was more likevrocksoil. the managers and the one person who worked at the counter were very rude, obnoxious, and beligerent towards all of us who are senior citzens. all I wanted is afull refund and them to get their crappy product of my property, plain and simple. they did give us the money back, the one manager did come out and, looked at the product and he even agreed it was crap, but they refused to come get it.

I guess this company thinks its ok to try to take advantage of us senior citizens, plus the one employee thought it was ok to threaten us by saying he was going to make us clean up the sample of the crap they pass of as topsoil that we displayed on thier showroon floor. In my opinion, this is is second rate company managed by third rate employees.,

The woman I placed the order with was frendly and the delivery was made on time, but the last reviewer is right.we ordered thei all-purpose topsoil and it is full of sticks, garbage and stones. We are planting our entire lawn and when we started spreading it, we thought it was clumps of dirt and were alarned by the amount of sticks. Once it was spread we went to break the clumps apart and they were ALL rocks!

Quarter sized rocks and pebble sized stones. We are so upset. I have left a message on Saturday, September 24 and my call was returned by a manager on Monday, Septenber 26. He explained that All-Purpose topsoil is different from premium topsoil (fine dark topsoil which is way more expensive and according to him not sold on this area except for locations with small bagged amounts at Home Depot, etc.).

He reassured us our grass will grow and that companies like Davey Tree and Pavlins purchase their topsoil and plant grass with it all the time and they are big time companies. He offered to refund us 1 out of the 3 yards because they felt bad. The moral of this story is there is a difference between all-purpose topsoil and premium topsoil. The reason for the 3 out of 5 is that their website should clarify their all-purpose topsoil better to prevent this situation for themselves and their customers.

Great place, friendly/knowledgeable people best price for mulch. i ordered hardwood and the quality is outstanding. delivery was simple and open to whenever i wanted it. everyone else charged more for product and delivery. royalton supply even tried to save me additional money by telling me about an upcoming sale. i'd definitely go back.
