Sunshine Hardscape Landscape

Thank you Brooklyn! I called from out of state to place and order for Mothers Day. Brooklyn answered all my questions and patiently talked me through the process. Even though I wasn't able to join my Mom this weekend, Brooklyn was there to help me make this Mothers Day special. Thanks again!

Spent over $600 on flowering plants/bushes from here in June 2021. As of May 1, 2022, they are dead. Just called to see if they have a guarantee, and was told no. I've never heard of such a thing. We will not shop here ever again, and no one else should. If a place can't even guarantee their plants will last one year, I'm not giving you my money. Plenty other places in the area to shop. (This is not the first time we've bought or planted things before.)

Nice selection of indoor and outdoor plants. I'm very happy with my croton.

I'm only rating a 5 star because of this employee named Miranda! She was as such a sweetheart an made the place feel like home! This place is blessed to have an employee like her

Be wary of this place and it's super shady owner. He bids and signs you for one sort of base material but uses an inferior one to increase his profits because his business is failing. Also if you check online neither of his landscape architects are fully registered. So be careful with this rat of an owner.

I only took one star off because I do not want to put down the wonderful job the crew does at this nursery. Their staff is awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable all while keeping the nursery looking fabulous and working in the heat. The reason one star was taken off is because I think they are a little bit over priced on SOME (not all items). Then there is a man who walks around and seems like the "boss" but he is not that awesome.

The way he carries himself and speaks just didn't sit on the fabulous side with me. Maybe I was having an off day or something but I did not find this man to be as awesome as his crew. Customers are watching my friend. We will go back because this staff was welcoming.

Staff was great, our first there since we moved to Bluffton. Bought some plants and looking to go back next month when more plants will be coming in.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to help you find the plants that will work for your specific landscape. On hot summer days they make sure that you stay hydrated along with the plants Every plant that I have purchased at Sunshine is thriving in my landscape! Money well spent!

Bittom line: good company and replaced the bad original grass, but they are awful in communication and good luck finding them to talk to a real responsible person. The pics are from the new grass still trying to understand why it is uneven and partly dead while we do everything they originally said. Jillian was wonderful on the phone and helped, but it is hard to find her.

I would suggest you all to try talk to her, because she was nice, polite and helpful. The rest, probably are problem of the company and not her. Explanation- Here is the story: a year ago we built a house with my wife. This was our grass company. The grass was ugly, full of uneven blocks and half dead. The manager for our community got fired, the new one sucks too, yet we went with my wife to sunshine ourselves, bypassed all the people and had the luck to talk with Jillian. Holidays were coming yet Jillian sent people and replaced the grass.

I was sooo grateful to her for how fast she changed our ugly grass. Why they lost 2 stars then? Because of luck of communication before Jillian and after her. Because since I didn't know anything about grass, I had questions like: do i fartelize it and when? Is my warranty for another year is still active so i can see if the new grass will be good or not? Etc.

Well since November i was calling, leaving my info to a lady that supposely would give them to Jillian, emailing and I got no response until now (may) and the phone call came from another lady /owner of the company wanting me to change the review since i was satisfied ( i gave one star to begin with). Meanwhile i got an email from Jillian finally, and not only they didn't talk to me about my questions but they only sent a word document how to treat my grass.

From November trying to reach to someone and they respond with an email and a word document. Well I COULD GOOGLE THIS. They care for me to have good grass or to just give a better review and more stars? Also i saw a comment from them just now that i am not a customer. OH I AM. CHECK UNDER SALT CREEK LANDING community.

They have beautiful plants and flowers but we were not treated well. The manager said he was too busy to help us, 5 minutes later I saw him standing around. Then he suggested I email him our questions, all I wanted was a shrub recommendation. I ended up going to Lowes but I would have rather supported the little guy. Oh well

Everyone that worked here was extremely helpful and nice. All of the plants were very well cared for, and they had a fantastic selection of flowers. The plants were also reasonably priced but much better in quality than something you would get from Lowes.
