7-8 calls. 7-8 promises on a call back by "ronnie the irrigation guy". amazing how they do so what they say not once. obviously way too busy or they don't care but i would stay away from this company

Extremely disappointed! Had several items on hold and now they are gone. Go figure, just had conversation with manager about my holds and upcoming 20% sale on February 22nd. Their ad did not mention previous holds nor just same day cash and carry. She said she would honor the 20% and took my credit card information to charge on the 22nd, the 22nd is my birthday and I would be out of town on the 21st visiting my grand babies.

Thought everything was going to be ok, until I got a call this morning that they don't know or can't find my camellias that we're taped off with my name. How convenient! Also had a lime tree as well. Have been a loyal customer for the three years they I have been on HHI. The gentleman, that I spoke with this morning just did not care. well now I do not care to spend my money locally anymore.

The Greenery has several locations in the HHI area. This was recommended to us by our neighbor. The people there are very friendly and helpful. We were there for several different fertilizer spikes to treat our palms and citrus trees. They have many different shrubs, trees, plants, flowers as well as statues, fountains and lawn ornaments. Plenty of lawn and garden supplies which include fertilizer, soil, manure etc. Everything you need for your outdoor area and even a few things for indoors as well.

A follow-up to my previous negative posts. There has been a complete turnaround. It is the same owner but he has shaken up his landscaping service staff and set up up and it is really impressive. I understand that after years of a abysmal service anything would look good, but this truly is a positive change. The new staff is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and does a wonderful job.

I just hope it keeps up this way and doesn't revert to the previous model. I am truly impressed. I did not give them five stars only because I am waiting to see how things go but if I hadn't had the previous lousy experience, my judgment would be to give five.

Best garden center around! Great selection and friendly staff.

Love getting all my little house plants from this garden center. The greenhouse always has a great selection. They also have a cool selection of eclectic items in the antique store that are great for little home decor and gifts.

I don't stop very often to write a review, but I really appreciate the knowledge and efforts of The Greenery. They come every week to provide landscaping services for 2 properties - Our home and a commercial property in Old Town Bluffton. It is so nice to come home to a property that looks lowcountry beautiful instead of a jungle. And each time I drive by our property downtown, it looks pristine.

Where we live, plant growth can get out of hand fast and we don't have the time to keep up with the properties ourselves. And I am grateful for their help recently. We have experienced several tropical storms, a hurricane and severe thunderstorms in the past 5 months. They come quickly to help with clean up and getting it all back to normal. My Camellias are especially looking GREAT right now - full blooms & color everywhere. Their advice and action on fertilization and getting rid of a fungus on the leaves has made a difference. At first the service was fine and Zelda was great, Zelda was transferred and our service in the last six months has gone from bad to worse. None existent management allowed our grass to die twice. The areas were replaced after many complaints, but never really cared for. Grass treatment spotty and bushes hardly at all. The main office was advised that we would not want The Greenerys service after the end of January which we had all ready paid $260,00 for.

As expected service in January was terrible and we had no service at all two of the January weeks. With such a high rating we expected more and were sorry to see such a decline in the seeming untrained employees. Will not recommend,

I've been a customer of The Greenery for 30 years, both for my family home and neighborhood that I manage. The plant stock is always the highest quality around, employees very knowledgeable about what will/won't flourish in the Lowcountry and are very helpful. I often purchase plant material there and drag it 150 miles to Augusta for various projects! Marcie Wilhelmi

Be careful of this company. Overselling capabilities. Untrained and uncaring employees. Started toward the truck for lunch at 1130, gone by 330p. Just remember this company is based in Hilton Head, Savannah gets the dregs. Pitiful. My 12 year old has more lawn maintenance ability. Do not recommend.

This could be the worst landscaping company on the face of the earth. They came on my property and ruin all the screening and trees between the homes. They cut down trees so the guy next door could have a better view. When their owner came out and offered to replace some shine it was too little and too late. After hiring a lawyer and an arborist to tell us what we needed to do they at last after almost a year agreed to some monetary settlement.

This of course was withdrawn by their insurance company. They cut through by sprinkler system. Destroyed my electronic dog fence. Went into the marsh and destroyed enviormental protected areas. They are so bad I warn you not to use them for any landscaper service. I will now make sure that I write a review on every social media site I can until they agree to pay me for the damages they caused. You have been warned.
