William jenkins is the only landscaper I will use for lighting and sprinkler system installation and repair

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Original repair was not what I asked for and it leaked within 15 months. After one week of asking the repair is still not done.

They are a little bit expensive, but unlike other landscapers they will actually show up when they say, and definitely fix what you need.

These guys are terrible people who don't care at all about their customers.

Fabulous company to work with. I asked my tree trimming company for a referral for a great landscaping company. They steered me in the right direction. The designer, Tim Harper, was responsive, a great listener, knowledgeable and reliable. Our last landscaping company was a nightmare to deal with. This company, in contrast, was a breeze to work with. Everything, from cleaning up the last landscaping companies mistakes, to installing a watering system, repairing an older watering system in another part of the yard, planting trees, recommending and planting plants and masonry work were done extremely well.

The communication and commitment was also great. As a side note, they also must take care of their employees because they were terrific. They were all cheerful and friendly even though they were digging in the dirt in July.

I am very disappointed with this company. I have been doing business with them for many years, some experiences have been acceptable, some not. Recently, I called them to fix a leak in a main sprinkler line and had to wait a week. The tech came out, "repaired" the leak and the next day my yard was flooded again. I called them and the office manager informed me that it would be a week before they could come out and repair their "repair".

I called another company and they came out the next day and properly fixed the non - repair from Jenkins. Oh, and the cost with the other company was about 60% of the non-fix from Jenkins. I called Jenkins to cancel the future appointment, and the office manager hung up on me. Two days later I called to get a refund and the same office manager told me the invoice was voided and they would "no longer be doing business with me", then hung up on me again.

If you want to deal with a rude, unprofessional office manager, technicians that don't do their jobs, all at a premium price, then by all means give Jenkins a call. For me, I am thankful that they "will no longer be doing business with me".

I have worked at WTJ 4 years and i love it. When it comes to landscaping we do it all. We are also one of the oldest landscape companies in the valley. Working this job i have meet celebrities and ceo's of todays most well known brands. We are the best!

When Bill Jenkins was alive this company was top top notch. Since he passed away this company has lost its focus and is now run by a bunch of angry insensitive jerks who have no idea what the word service means. Move on. Big company with big company attitude and prices that doesn't give a rats red rump about you. No longer the personal touch company.

I have been using Jenkins landscaping for several years. they have put in irrigation, flowers and shrubs, and fruit trees. All are doing great under their care. I have recommended Jenkins to friends and neighbors who are completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them Ken Muller

I am very disappointed with this landscaping business. I have had them work on my property since the early fall of 2104. At first they were great and my bushes and trees were trimmed and I could not be happier. My winter grass was gorgeous. Then something happened and I don't know what but whoever was overseeing my lawn just stopped paying attention.

I have a backyard full of clover and nutsedge and my trees are so overgrown it has already taken me three days to just start to make a dent in trimming my trees back. They were suppose to spray for weeds in the spring and tat never happened and then my lawn was over watered. One of the crew set my sprinklers for 20 mins per zone 6 days per week and I got a $400 water bill from the City of Phoenix.

The owner came ove to look at the propert last week and he was about as friendly as a pit bull chained to a fence. I have been paying them over $400 a month for the worst looking lawn I have ever had. This business made no attempt to make amends and the owner has no clue of what good customer service means. I guess they are busy enough that they do not need my business or even care that they did an awful job. I could never recommend this company.

I've worked with them after my parents used then at their previous home. They've installed and repaired my sprinkler system for the past 5 years or more. Very professional and on time. Perhaps a little pricier but the quality of their work balances that out. Only wish they had office hours until 5pm as sometimes I have to play phone tag with them to set an appointment. Definitely would recommend them.
