Critical: Professionalism, Value They sent me some lazy uneducated guy who spent his time being baffled by easy work! If you want to be bullish-ted and over charged and dramatically treated for a very simple job made difficult by their poorly skilled and poorly educated laborers that all want to be paid like brain surgeons now! Ridiculous find skilled labor!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value STAY AWAY. Waited over one week to get an estimate. I finally called and "Beth" informed me she didn't get to my estimate because she had other bids. I guess I am not so important. Interesting on the phone call she was able to tell me what it "probably" would cost.

Has been weeks since Beth came to our house. Said we would have an estimate in a few days. Our job was pretty large, but since we are young looking she must have thought we would not be able to afford it. We have been working toward this project for a while and were prepared for the cost. Either that or our job was not important. Either way felt unhappy with our experience.
We knew they would be weeks out and that was ok with us. Did not leave a good impression. We also want to get to more landscaping aside from seeding our 7500 sq feet. We were hoping to start a good relationship for this project and future ones. But I guess we were not important.

Very best service and job, I hired Jason for Paver patio and he was very patient and always helped me on figuring out what I wanted and the 8 guys that showed up to do the work were so nice and went above and beyond, not only did they do a great job on patio then they cleaned grass and driveway from the dust and then to top it off we had a nice size dry patch in yard due to pool and they took extra grass from patio and filled section in and looks great, can't thank them enough fro the fantastic job and service they gave me.

I have used Suburban Lawn several times. In 2014, we needed to replace many shrubs which were killed by the harsh winter. We also needed some sod for shady areas of the lawn, and we needed a path laid with paving stones. Beth and her team of landscapers did a beautiful job; we are really, really happy that we chose Suburban Lawn. The landscapers truly exceeded my expectations for how they cleaned up our flower beds, trimmed all our other shrubs and laid mulch. Our yard has never looked this good! I would recommend Suburban Lawn to anyone who wants a beautiful yard!
