It was such a relief to find this place. I really needed to send flowers to a friend after a terrible loss. I had originally gone through one of those national sites but they charged me and never delivered for days (was suppose to be next day) nor did they update me and their customer service was reading off a script. So after canceling that order and finding The Flower Shop it was such a relief! The flowers were delivered PROMPTLY, efficiently and the bouquet was gorgeous as my friend said! I'm really glad The Flower Shop came and saved the day!

The flower shop has a easy site to work with. I ordered the flowers for a local delivery at 11:00 am and the flowers were delivered by 1:52 pm. The prices were Reasonable with no high costs added to the bottom line. I was very pleased. Will use them again n the future

Wow! Fantastic, Awesome, Amazing! I phoned at 10:30am on Saturday morning with a request for same day delivery. Joy picked up, on her way to making a delivery. She pulled over and cheerfully took my order. I wax completely blown away when, just after 1:30pm, my recipient texted a picture of the most exquisite arrangement. It was a magnificent creation that included hydrangeas, delphinium and roses in crisp blues and whites, just perfect for the occasion. The Flower Shop is now my "go-to" Flower Shop! Thank you, Joy! You are the best!

WOW! WOW! WOW! I cannot say enough good things! The talent, vision when creating a bouquet, the quality of their product, their attitude and personality, timeliness. just. WOW! They created and delivered, for me, the most gorgeous arrangement ever for my daughter in law's birthday! It was stunning and I would suggest them every time!

Married 10/15/21. Pat and Joy provided us with bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, reception centerpieces, as well as large altar centerpieces for the ceremony. The altar centerpieces were exactly what we had hoped for - fall themed pieces with lots of color. They made a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony as well as for pictures after. Not only that, they provided us with white ceramic pillars on which to display them.

In terms of my wife's bouquet, she could not have been happier! Pat delivered exactly what she had promised in terms of color as well as the kinds of flowers included. Not only were the flowers beautiful, Pat was always very responsive to emails, text and phone calls, and definitely one of the easiest vendors to communicate with.

You will get Top Notch Service and Quality Flowers if you purchase arrangements from Joy and her team. The Flower Shop not only made gorgeous arrangements for my Fathers Funeral on June 19, 2021, but they made it so much less stressful by taking care of everything for me and delivering them to the memorial service. I ordered only a few days before the service, as I had so much going on, and she was able to accommodate me by creating this incredible Red, White, and Blue Cremation Tribute Wreath and 2 Beautiful Country Baskets filled with flowers to match.

We also had matching flowers for the tables exactly as I had envisioned them all to look. I can't thank you enough for your professionalism and for always taking care of my last-minute flower requests! G Costello

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and was so happy with the arrangement the florist created. It was truly special and I will order from them again!

Joy was wonderful in helping this soon to be husband enter a bridal shower with the perfect bouquet (the picture doesn't do it justice) at just the right price I was aiming for. Her customer service was wonderful, she was very friendly, and I got many compliments for the arrangement. Can't wait to come back for every special occasion!

The Penfield Flower Shop created a wonderful, original bouquet for my mom's birthday. They worked within my mom's color preferences and delivered it right on time.

Extremely disappointed. What I ordered vs. what I received is not acceptable. Ordered the Sweetest Sunrise Bouquet Deluxe and received a few roses, some goldenrod, and 1 or 2 other flowers with a whole lot of greens in a tall vase with a ribbon. Very expensive compared to others in the area but delivered the next day so went with it. Don't. Just don't.
