Carlos has been with SWG since Sept. 2004. Prior to SWG he had worked in the plant nursery business for 2 years. Because of a love of bamboo and interest in the holistic approach to health via plants and herbs, he began his own business, Healing Garden & Bamboo which he operates side by side with managing our store.

We tried repeatedly to get pond plants replaced after their service techs pruned our existing plants down to almost nothing, they never would replace the plants. We tried getting them to replace a blown UV light for our pond, they never replaced that either, even after I told them I would be more than happy to pay for the part. We also asked them on several occasions to give us a date every month they would perform the service, they never could fulfill that request either. I would never recommend these people after dealing with them. Very disappointing!

No Need for a mask in here. The coronavirus is Just a flu the minute I walked in the door walked right back outside with my wife jumped in the pickup and down the road we went. I have seen enough sickness and death to say it not a flu. Yes this does pertain to your business! If someone comes to shop at your business if they wear a mask or not they should not be.lectured politically while they shop. It was so political and loud an older woman preaching is not an atmosphere where I want to buy anything.

If you are looking to add a water feature to your property, no need to look any further. Suncoast Water Gardens will do a fabulous job! John is an extremely reliable businessman. He is very honorable and if you have any issues with your water feature, you can rely on him to take care of it. You will surely be pleased with his work.

We've been coming here once a week, we use them every other time for something new. We were going to do the sunset cruise again but we will find a different company instead. We've always been allowed to use the cabana's since the hotel tells us we can. Someone comes up to tell us we can't use them, and they have this issue all the time because the hotel tells the guest other wise.
So not my problem since you know this is an ongoing thing. Seems like you have an issue with the hotel, I give you business as well as the hotel. And the hotel is the one telling the paying guest one thing, as a business owner you should be actually be dealing with this instead of making guest feel Uncomfortable. Your problem is with the hotel. Fix it until then you should be allowing paying guest to use what they are told they are allowed to use.
