Over the winter owner, Denise Rico, completed an intensive Organic Land Care course and exam offered by NOFA (New England Organic Farmers Association). The program is designed to teach professionals how to adapt the principles of organic agriculture to the lawns and landscapes where we live our daily lives. Our new maintenance services include: organic care of lawns and gardens; native plantings to increase backyard biodiversity; and consultations to help you achieve these goals on your own. TERRA DESIGN LANDSCAPES is a design and installation firm located in Henniker, NH. It was established in the year 2000 to provide residential, commercial, and municipal landscape services and environmental restoration. The principal, Denise Rico, B.S., is a New Hampshire Certified Landscape Professional, a NOFA (Northeast Organic Farmers Assoc) Accredited Organic Land Care Professional, and an ICPI Certified Concrete Paver Installer. She holds an AAS degree in Horticulture and a BS in Landscape Design and has over twenty-five years of experience.
