ASI Achtenhagen Services

We employed ASI Achtenhagen to completely replace our concrete front stoop and front sidewalk with Clay bricks. We also had the team completely rebuild our old back patio and sidewalk and change out those bricks to match the front. Both of these were big projects and the team did an outstanding job, was very professional and their quality of work and detail is outstanding. We highly recommend ASI Achtenhagen. Aaron, Carla, Eduardo and the crew were great to work with! we've actually signed up to do more work with them in 2022.

Similar review as others 'not responsive'. ASI showed up for an estimate in FALL of 2020, but never sent the estimate. I have called the office repeatedly (10-20 times.) and the ladies apologize and will get 'right on it' but never do call you back or send the estimate. I have only persisted since we have used ASI many times in the past 9 years, but now something clearly is going on with this company -- they now appear to be failing and can't respond to the basic business.

I contacted ASI Achtenhagen Services on June 17 to set up an appointment for a major landscape project on my property. Salesperson, Ryan, stopped at my house on July 8 (on time) to review landscape project and provide me with an estimate. He indicated that the project could begin at the end of September and a proposal would be ready in about 2 weeks.

I called on July 21 to follow up with status of estimate. Left message with office person. No return call. July 30 still no proposal was received. Called and asked office person to follow up on proposal status. She indicated Ryan would get back to me with proposal. As of today, September 19 I still did not receive any follow up or proposal from Ryan.

If I can't get a promised estimate for a landscape project, this company is most likely not very dependable and they probably have enough projects and don't want other business. I can only imagine the poor experience it would have been if I hired them for my landscaping project. Very unprofessional way to run a business.

I have worked with ASI for lawn, landscaping and plowing services for years at multiple properties. Their pricing is fair, the staff is helpful and most important the work is excellent.

If I could give these folks a 0 I would. I have called this company daily for the last week PLUS just trying to get a QUOTE for Lawn care. I spoke to Denise & Annette and every single time it was a new excuse "they lost my sheet" then they found it but have been "too busy" to send it over. Pretty incredibly terrible customer service and when I pressed they got snooty. Don't use them.
