Thank you for your interest in JR's Mulch Sales Inc. Due to a change in the economy, we realize that every dollar counts. We are constantly striving to keep our costs low for you, the customer. We do this by closely working with the mills, coordinating our delivery routes and keeping our advertising costs reasonable.
Many people use mulch for a decorative ground cover but don't realize the extra benefits it provides. Mulch helps retain moisture for the plants and acts as erosion control during heavy rains. It also provides a natural weed barrier that doesn't allow sunlight in. A mulch ground cover keeps temperatures in the soil moderate during the heat of summer and frost protection for plants in winter. The best benefit of mulch, however, is the material it provides when it eventually breaks down and enriches the soil.
Thank you for your interest in JR's Mulch Sales Inc. We are a very unique company that runs five trucks, seven days a week, eight months of the year. Due to our high volume, we constantly stock fresh mulch all the way into November. Thanks again and we look forward to your calls and helping you with your mulching needs. A general rule is that one cubic yard covers approximately 100 square feet, 3 to 4 inches deep.

JR Mulch was outstanding. They assisted me with the specific type of bark I needed, helped with the quantity and even offered me a coupon when I didn't have one. Myka came out to spread the bark all over and I couldn't be happier. I would have paid double for Mykas service. The whole group is Trustworthy, Reliable, and you get a family feel with this group. This is my 1st year using JR for mulch. I would recommend them to anyone looking for mulch delivery. They were so nice to me on the phone. Simply excellent. I had emailed around for quotes on 10 yards of mulch. Joann from JR's Mulch Sales was super helpful and very friendly. We coordinated my order and set up delivery. Easy peasy. I got my mulch order this morning after ordering it just the other day. I was thrilled I wouldn't have to wait, as I was on a deadline. Everyone I looked into was priced around the same, but JR's had a coupon in the Advantage mail, so I thought "what the heck, let's do that".
They told me between 8am and noon for delivery - it came at 8:30am. Perfect. The delivery guy was super nice and very careful to make sure he dumped my 10 yards exactly where I wanted it. I was a bit concerned I didn't have enough - the pile didn't look as big as I thought (I'm no expert). Well, as any mulch consumer knows, you can work at that pile all day and it looks the same as when it was dumped. I have PLENTY of mulch, and I'm thrilled. Good prices, super-friendly people, and great service. I couldn't be happier.

We've been ordering mulch from JR's for five years now and we've continued to have excellent service. They mail coupons which are a great reminder to order mulch. Calling in an order is easy and the delivery trucks dump the load exactly where we ask, no issues no mistakes always perfect. We couldn't be happier

Stopped by to see their mulch. A young guy pointed to their samples to see. We stayed in the car to view the samples as we could see them easily from the car. I rolled down my window to speak to this guy and he leans into the window with his elbows. My wife told him to back away and he did. He then used the "F"word in speaking. All things considered with the virus he should know better plus we don't approve of profanity. We didn't do business. We bought elsewhere. This was on April 3rd 2020.

Great selection of mulch from The functional to the really aesthetic stuff. Website ordering is easy. I had it ordered, billed, and delivered within 2 days. The young man delivering the mulch was very nice and did a great job putting it exactly where I wanted it on the driveway. I'm impressed they were able to deliver two types of mulch and keep them so well separated.

We bought a house last summer with close to 45 neglected flower beds. This spring we required a heroic amount of mulch (25 cubic yards ). Not only did JR's give us great advice and beat all the other prices- the economy mulch was delivered quickly and exceeded our expectations. Shredded, not blocky. Nice color and aroma. Very pleased.

If you know the kind of mulch you need, just pick up the phone. If not, stop by to see various samples. During a beautiful weekend of the already busy Spring season, I ordered on a Friday and they delivered mid-morning on Sunday, just when I needed it! Cool multi-load delivery truck, and the driver totally put the mulch right where I wanted it so we could still get a vehicle in and out of the garage!
