Jeff @ Premium Lawn & Landscape and his team are very professional and gave excellent advice when it came to picking the right bushes, stones, flowers, and mulch when it came to landscaping my front. I am very happy and pleased with the outcome and will most definitely use and recommend this company. Services: Landscape design, Sod installation, Mulching

The workers out in the field are hard workers and their overall work good. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with management. It took multiple calls and emails for the supervisor to respond to my concern. Finally, after a couple of months higher management had to step in to properly assist me. By then, summer had passed and my irrigation system was never repaired.

Stay away from this company. they will damage your property! Hired this company to mow my lawn. Before they even started, I conducted a walk-through of my property with the Field Manager (Steve) and expressed my concern about potential damage to my outdoor speakers. Steve and I mutually agreed that no string trimmers would ever be used around the speakers.
Last month I was quite frustrated to find an outdoor speaker totally destroyed by a string trimmer (see photo). After a lengthy and difficult process, Premium Lawn reluctantly agreed to replace the speaker but it was too little and too late. Take your business somewhere else and save yourself the frustration of dealing with this company. trust me on this.

We have used Premium for a number of years for scheduled mowing, lawn maintenance, tree trimming/removal, drainage, masonry work and landscaping services. They are always prompt, professional and leave the work site in great shape when they finish. A number of the crew have been with them for many years - a continuity that is rare in that business.
The few times we have had minor issues, most of those when we changed our minds on work to be done, they have been addressed promptly with no push back. We have occasionally used other companies for projects, but mostly turn to Premium for a combination of professionalism, price and responsiveness. Highly recommended.

We are loyal customers to Premium Lawn and Landscape. Their level of dedication, commitment and craftsmanship cannot be commended enough. Anyone with stars lower than 5 must not have given a descriptive scope to their account manager. The office personnel are always responsive and the account manager, Ritchie, is always reassuring and a man of his word. After three projects that they've completed for us, it is a breath of fresh air to have a company of this sort that can guarantee their work. Would recommend 50x over!

Really irritated at the way the crew left my property today - tire marks from mower give my driveway that 'under construction' look that I was absolutely not going for. In addition, a drainage cap that they installed a few months ago (which has done a pretty poor job of managing the excess water we get on our property to begin with) was damaged when i'm assuming, they drove over it. No shortage of landscape companies in NoVA, i'll be moving on.

From day one, we've loved Premium, especially working with Ritchie! He has been responsive, honest in his consultations, and a pleasure to work with. We recently purchased a house in Dec. 2018 and it needs a TON of yard help, including landscaping, hardscaping, and grass growing/weed prevention. We're doing it in phases, but the amazing crew finished the front yard back in June and we couldn't be happier!
They showed up on time, finished the project early, and with the most professionalism and attention to detail. We can't wait to work with Premium (and Ritchie + crew) again for our grass and backyard.

At 17:35 on the night of Monday 8.02.2010 my brother and I were delivering groceries and a prescription to my parents snowed-in residence. Truck #14 from Premium Lawn and Landscape was at the intersection of Grey Fox and Red Jacket, roughly 3 blocks from our destination. The driver said that he could not plow any further due to the hill but was waiting on a larger truck that could.
My brother parked his car at an adjacent cleared corner of the intersection. The plow driver informed my brother "you can park your car there and I'll plow right into it, or you can move it. Your choice" then called him a "moron" as he walked back to his truck. I said there was no need to be rude and he got in my face and said "I've been doing this for 30 hours, keep trying me buddy" and raised his fist to me.
Perhaps the worst part of this event is when I called the dispatch number listed on the side of the truck. A girl named Kelly answered, and when I explained the situation she told me QUOTE "He's probably just tired. I wouldn't worry about it".
