This company is terrible and unresponsive. This company is responsible for caring for the common areas in the HOA that I live in. They don't do a good job at all. In fact, every week I have to go to tell the workers that they forgot to blow or weed for the homes that are toward the back of the complex. They make the front look tidy and neglect everything else. Also, they recently left a pile of branches and leaves that they cut from the trees in the front in the back.
I have the pleasure of seeing this pile right from my bedroom window. I called and the guy who answered said he was an answering service, which I don't believe one bit. Took a message and of course I never received a call back. I've also complained to my HOA several times, still nothing has been done. I will be complaining about the HOA as well. This is ridiculous!

Going on 4 years with this company. (Landscape Care Company in Martinez, CA). In the past, I've provided feedback to management. I've spoken with the gardener directly; he comes once a week. Yet I STILL can't seem to receive proper yard care. I took pictures on May 9th, May 30th, and June 10th. you can see from the images there is NO CHANGE! Leaves & overgrowth everywhere, bushes untrimmed & not shaped, and weeds all over.
It always looks the same, and I think they count on you getting used to it (I mean, 4 years & I haven't left a review yet). Then last week, I was home & he didn't even bother to show up! No call or reschedule either. Just wow. Wonder how often that happens when I'm not home to notice the absence. Not happy! Not happy, Bob!
