Jim Haggerty came to my house to go over project of MAJOR redesign of my landscaping. Returned the follow week and took photos and measurements. After 3 months I haven't heard from him at all. This person is not a professional and serious business person. Do not waste your time with even considering him. Also - check with the city on the status of license and ya'll be careful with him as your just wasting your time. There are TONS of "landscape design" firms in the valley - TONS. Go elsewhere - I am.

Jim Haggerty exceeded expectations after completing our extensive garden project. He was directly involved with all aspects of the garden design and installation. The selection of desert loving plants in a very creative garden design has become an ever evolving visual treat. He incorporated random on site boulders and cobble stone with imported hewn granite slabs, gravel, decomposed granite and weathering steel in a masterful garden design.

After spending several years looking at local Palm Springs landscape projects, Desert Landscape Design was our first choice for providing our new garden. We feel very rewarded with the results.

Here was my experience with desert landscape design. We scheduled a consultation at my home on a Thursday at 2:30 PM. Jim was a no-show and then called on Friday at 2:30 after having apparently mixed up the dates on when we were going to meet. After apologizing about the mixup he suggested we meet on Monday at 9:30 in the morning. 930 came and went and Jim was a no-show.

He called later that afternoon and apologized and ask if we could do it the next day at 2:30. And guess what happened, Jim was a no-show again. I'm giving up on this company. I wouldn't waste my time if I were you calling them. Find someone with better customer service than this.
