The maintenance agreement involves bundling and pre-scheduling your services. The advantage of this program is consistent maintenance at your property. We also take care of scheduling all your services at the appropriate time of year. You do not have to worry about making the calls. A typical maintenance agreement includes lawn trimming, edging, leaf blowing, weed control in beds, lawn care applications and pruning.The customer is billed in 12 monthly installments for a one year contract. This arrangement is for the customer who may need regular lawn trimming but not the full range of other services.

We have been in business in the Raleigh/Cary area since 1992 and currently serve over 300 clients. The second element is technology.
We offer a variety of different programs each customized to fit the customer's individual needs. We specialize in total yard care for neighborhoods in the Triangle area. Weeds in beds, walkways and natural areas are pulled or sprayed using an EPA registered herbicide. All herbicides are applied by a skillfully trained professional.

This company was AWFUL. We signed a contract for them to fully maintain my yard. They were supposed to fertilize my yard, kill weeds in my grass, blow the leaves including behind my trash can AND haul away. My crew when fall came around blew all the leaves to a corner in my backyard AFTER I paid extra to seed my backyard. I had to contact a couple of times to get them to haul away.
I have to ask several times to please blow away all the leaves, cause they would just blow into my garage.and all over my yard AGAIN when they left. They weren't trimming my shrubs as I paid them too.so my family wasn't able to even walk on our sidewalk. But the LAST straw.(oh and all this time I was calling the nice lady Dawn at the office) the head owner Rod would come out and look (I was told, I would be gone at work or talk on phone to someone but never workers for my home cause of language barrier).
I went out to my car in the morning and my wooden gate was fine. Maybe an hour or so later. Fetsko came out and was doing their thing. I was inside NEVER went outside. Then they left and I never even saw them blow the leaves I KNEW were on my driveway.blowing into my garage every time I opened it. My kids about 20 minutes later asked if they could go ride their bikes out front Due to their age, I have to go with them and watch.
I walk out and see TWO boards have been knocked out of my fence. So I realize the Fetsko guys must have knocked them off with their equipment and that was why they left abruptly. No blowing of leaves, no digging of the trench around my beds so it is an obvious grass area/to bed area. But mainly no KNOCK on my door to explain what happened. Then a light bulb.what is why the other 4 fence pieces in my backyard must also be knocked out.
My 5 year old daughters and 9 year daughters have a playset and play dolls. I was wondering what happened back there. I had my parents call Fetsko since I am in their home since my divorce (their investment home). Rod comes to the home (again doesn't knock nor speak to me) I am a real estate agent and business woman for 18 years. I know if you want something done you ask nicely I was professional and understanding when I talked to Dawn at their office in the past.
I was frustrated by now. Holding their hand for EVERYTHING they were under contract to do for my home was getting to be worrisome. I was starting to wonder if they were doing what I was paying them $176 a month to do? Was I getting the chemicals? MY yard is NOT green So I wanted to let my parents handle this. Rod then (not knowing I their not was "the tenant" in normal terms, but their actual daughter) upon seeing all the damage and the yard condition. (not good) proceeded to do something I can't believe!
He said "the tenant you have has been rude and belligerent to my crew every time they go out to the property. Do to her abuse to my staff we are dropping our contract with you!" WHAT? No acknowledgment of the damage. I wasn't home often and since I am a single woman with daughters. I prefer NOT to speak even speak to men when they are working at my home.
The less they even know about me and who is or isn't at my home is best. When they did cut my shrubs, I even gave them drinks.cause I was home. He just "turned" the tables and LIED to get out of shotty work and to not fix his crews damage. As I was telling several of my neighbors.my direct next to me neighbor had also gotten rid of Fetsko due to poor work.
Think LONG and HARD before hiring these SHADY people. All they had to do was acknowledge, oops, we hit your fence and a couple of pieces fell off. But to out right lie and then complied with all the bad work. Think long and hard before hiring these guys.

These people saved my yard. After a few years of trying to grow grass. we looked around. Instead of going to the bigger companies. stick to these people. Rod does a good job with answering his clients questions and concerns. Our grass is now green/thick and lovely. Our neighbors are jealous!;- --- If you say that someone referred you, that person will get a $10.00 discount on their next service.
