I have used Fairway Green for about 10 years. There are one of the best Lawncare service companies in Charlotte. They are excellent communicators and provide exceptional quality. Highly recommend them! Services: Weed control, Lawn pest control

I used a different company and they couldn't even show up to the first appointment and didnt even call. I called Fairway Green and they were there! They are very professional and makes it easy to communicate with, text me so I know when they are coming and when to jeep the dogs inside. I would highly recommend calling them, my yard is the best looking of the entire neighborhood.

I've had their service for approx 6-7 years. I have a plan where they come out 6 times a year. I've noticed they seem to be slipping in their quality. I've had to call once this year as they seem to miss approx 10-20 feet on each side of my yard approaching the neighbors so I have heavy weed coverage. So I'm in May and they have already been out 4 times.

I was nervous to let them aerate my yard after them hitting my fence twice a couple years back when they aerated. They had a manager call me and assure me it would t happen this time. Well they weee scheduled to come out today and when I called they said they didn't see my appointment. And then a higher person came on said they have me for tomorrow because storms coming thru.

Which one is it? I'm slowly losing confidence in them. I'm working from home today because I had the appointment today and wanted to make sure they didn't hit my new vinyl fence. Wasted day. Getting close to giving someone else a shot

We've been using Fairway Green for a dozen years now and remain pleased with their service, their advice, and most importantly, the appearance of our lawn. Been using FAIRWAY GREEN for many years. Happy with the service and they are responsive to issues that pop up relative to drought, too much rain, bugs, etc. I mean let's face it, there are a lot of variables that go into making a lawn look nice. It's more of an art than a science at times.

Thanks to Fairway Green I have best yard in my neighborhood. After ending a relationship with a different, larger lawn care company, I reached out to Fairway Green and asked for their help. That was the best decision I've ever made for my lawn. Fairway Green is always responsive to my needs, always quick to respond to my inquiries, and always willing to offer advice and services - without being pushy - that would help my lawn. I would highly recommend Fairway Green.

We changed yard services to Fairway Green last month. The Good: the guy who came out was a nice fellow, The Bad: We negotiated with the lawn care service for a treatment cost. The first time they came out, they charged double what we had agreed upon. Customer service was terrible so we cancelled the lawn care service after the first treatment.

I have used Fairway Green since I moved to SC in 2015 and I have not been disappointed. They are very responsive if I see issues. Fairway Green is rock solid. You sign up for the service, the come out and engage and execute. Last year, I had some struggles with crab grass and they helped form a plan to take care of it. We've been using Fairway green for approximately 10 years and won't use anyone else. Previous weed control companies left our yard looking terrible with more weeds. At one time we cancelled service thinking we could do it better ourselves for less. Within a year we were back with Fairway Green and will remain loyal customers. Very highly recommend and the technicians that apply the product are very considerate and professional.

We are the only ones in the neighborhood who use a professional weed control company so they have their work cut out for them as weed seeds are always blowing into our yard. However, our lawn looks great and couldn't be happier. We have an acre lot without an irrigation system so it's a difficult yard to treat. Recently, the technician went overboard to make sure we were happy. Try them, you won't be sorry.

After a terrible experience with another lawn service company and almost a total loss of my Bermuda lawn, I called on Fairway Green to help restore it. They developed a program for me to restore the lawn and create a healthy environment for it to thrive. Two years in, the lawn is in better shape and health than it ever was. The technicians communicate with me on what they are doing and provide me with recommendations to make sure I'm satisfied. You won't find a better group to trust your lawn to.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality This service is a scam. I used them for a year. The first time they did a great job, but as the year progressed we only had issues. They would do my.35 acre yard in 6 minutes from the start of the doorbell to when they drove off. They have lazy people that are just there for a paycheck and will half a** your yard once you are locked in. Services: Seeding, Lawn mowing / maintenance, Weed control

I had research around my area for a good lawn company that would bring my grass and lawn back to life and was referred to Fairway Green by a friend. My lawn is green again! They have continuously maintained the maintenance of weed control and fertilizing. The guys are always professional and very helpful with any questions or concerns that I have. Highly recommend this company!

We struggled for years to get our lawn green. Heard excuses that the soil was bad, the heat is an issue, etc. Evan and the group at Fairway Green were able to get our lawn looking green and plush in no time. Their responsiveness is second to none and their employees are the best I've encountered. My only complaint now is having to mow too often. I would highly recommend giving them a try. You won't regret it.

I don't buy a lot of these one star reviews? I've been using them for the last year and my lawn looks great. They're very personable And professional. They always take time to ask me if I have any questions when they're treating my lawn. Also they have responded to my emails promptly. Fungicide treatment was perfect for what I needed. And above all it's very good value compared to my very average landscapers which were doing a below average job before them.

I have used Fairway Green for about a year now and they have been by far the best turf management company I have worked with in Charlotte. They have kind and professional staff both at the office and on the crews that come out to do our regular service. When I called the office back in May about concerns about fungus in my yard, they diagnosed my problem quickly and recommended a solution that kept my yard beautiful all throughout the summer. Recently, Cameron, Blais and Dion were part of the crew who came out and did my fall aerating and seeding.

Their attention to detail was great, and they were very professional. They even pulled up some of the dead thatch in the yard beforehand so the seed would take better and left me a bag of seed in case some areas grow in thin. This company always visits when they say they will, and they really know their stuff when it comes to turf. Couldn't recommend more!

I have used many lawn care companies over the years and none can compare to Fairway Green. Their professionalism and attention to customer service is exemplary. The technicians and support staff are patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.you will not be disappointed!

I used Fairway Green in 2020. My lawn deteriorated badly from the sod that I installed in Fall 2019. I'm near having to start over. Whatever Fairway Green did to my lawn did not work at all.

We have used Fairway Green for the past four years across two homes. At my fescue home, they maintained well. However, on my Zoysia turf, they have just not been as prompt on staying ahead of issues such as fungus and service needs. I've been required to fall back to my primary lawn care service for additional care to fill in gaps/prevent die-off of turf. Recently, I've found customer service to be lacking at both the tech and main office level (follow-ups for service don't occur, and lack of proactive communication about turf needs). Overall, they seem overburdened with accounts and are losing what they once had in terms of customer-forward quality. Overall, just okay - would probably recommend a more highly rated service provider.

I have used this service for about 5 or so years now. The first couple of years, everything looked lush and green all the time. The third year I had to call them back because of excessive weeds and they came right out and re did the service at no extra cost. The fourth year, still some weeds, but not too bad. This year was HORRIBLE. I had as many weeds in my yard as my neighbor across the street and he doesn't even use ANY weed control. HORRIBLE! I don't know if they are skimping on the chemicals or what, but I am canceling and never using them again

Very displeased with this lawn service. They couldn't get the weed situation under control in my back yard. And yes I did call them back. Still no difference. Prices might be cheap, but very poor results. Look elsewhere.

Would not recommend these guys for fireant control. Hired them in February and in September I still have fireants in my yard. They guaranteed 3 months full control and that product is good for a year. The ants never went away after the first sprayed. Had them come out for a second time, still didnt go away. After the third time they came out, their staff told me to buy some ant spray from Lowes to help with the process, and even after their third time coming out and ants still weren't gone, I asked for a manager, the manager was nice and came out again and did a very thorough job spraying for all kinds of bugs and notified us that we had a bee hive in the backyard and sprayed that.

That was really the only good experience about this but even after the fourth time of them spraying are yard, we still have ant hills in our yard. Cutting my losses at this point, they dont know what they are doing and either way I will be going with a different company next year.

Called and asked fairway green to come spray my yard for mosquitos for my kids first birthday party and they showed up the next day. Highly satisfied customer and very friendly staff.

Update: Technician came by today to spray the poa annua. He said that Fairway Green offers service for poa annua but I am not on that plan. Considering the large amount of poa annua in my yard I asked why I was never told about that plan. He said that this territory for Fairway Green has had a tremendous turnover in employees in the last year or so. So I'm am being held hostage with a crummy yard because Fairway Green can't keep employees nor make the proper recommendations to their customers.

Fairway Green destroyed my lawn. I hired them to make my lawn thicker with a Fall seeding. They aerated the front (good job.) But, without permission, they killed EVERY blade of grass in my backyard. Overnight, my yard went from a green oasis, which my neighbors and regular gardener can confirm, to a red clay desert. At first, Fairway Green promised to make it right. But, after a couple of seedings (the yard is on a hill and there has been lots of rain) they have determined that they can't do anything else to fix it because they don't sod. Meanwhile, my backyard has half as much grass as it did last Fall. And, I am probably going to have to sod it myself. This company is terrible and I wish I could give them a negative star count.

The most reliable lawn care company in NC. The do as they say and stand behind their work 1000%. They will do whatever is necessary to make things right! Will randomly apply unwanted services without authorization or even asking then charge for the service. I am not on any service plan.

I've had Fairway Green for two season, my Zoysia is full green and thick. My yard is the best in the entire development of 200 homes. This past winter the weather was rough on my grass. They sent a manager out several times to keep an eye on it for about a month until it recovered completly. I can confirm this since I have cameras throughout my yard.

They have great customer service, and they will do whatever it takes to keep you happy, and trust me I told them that I'm a yard Notsi. I wish I knew how to post a photo because I would!

I used Fairway green for about 2 years and my grass was not where I thought is should be for the money we paid. My husband called to talk with them about the service and his concerns and the representative did not care at all. They just said okay therefore my husband cancelled and said he wanted to try and use someone else. The person on the phone said okay no problem and didn't seem to care at all.

We weren't going to cancel, we just wanted to voice our concerns of what our grass looked like compared to others in the neighborhood who don't use a service, but once they guy acted like he could care less, my husband cancelled. Then they advised us that we hadn't paid for our last service. I was very sad as we had paid for the service for two you years and I felt like it was wasted.

This is the place to trust your lawn care to! Have using them since I can remember. We don't bother to water our lawn but using Fairway lawn our lawn still looks great. Also if we have any questions they are there to help, professional and courteous. Cost is reasonable, not much more or the same as trying to do it myself.

Look, Fairway Green is a reputable company. When it comes to keeping a schedule, they're on point. The technician that services my yard seems extraordinarily knowledgeable about all things landscaping, which is helpful since I chose a grass that does poorly in NC summer heat. I find their pricing to be fair; maybe even more than fair when compared to other companies I've tried. So, why the low rating? Well, having the knowledge doesn't automatically translate to great execution. I've used them for everything from seeding, to fertilizing, to fungicide for three years.

Each year I say "wow, I'm just so disappointed in this yard; I think I'm going to cancel my subscription with them." After three years, I think enough is just enough. The yard went from looking AMAZING, to looking mediocre, too looking like I'm an amateur that decided to go to Home Depot and decided to buy some lawn care product and give it a whirl.

The lawn was streaky last year from the tech making too wide of passes. There were long ovals that rounded out at the driveway because no fertilizer was spread there. This year I have the EXACT same problem, but with spirals this time. It's like the equipment was jammed or something, and now I'm paying the price. Speaking of price, they decided to seed two days before hurricane Matthew, so all of the seed in my ditch washed away, and much of the yard is unevenly seeded, but I still shelled out the cost of the service. Now, the tech blames bad soil.

I agree with him that the soils is garbage. There is no doubt. And I don't know enough about soil to argue, but I can't figure out how the lawn went from looking like a homes and garden cover, to looking like amateur hour. Does soil really devolve like that? Or is not perhaps Fairway Green did a poor job enough times that I finally caught on? I'm not going NOT recommend Fairway Green if someone wanted to try them. I mean, have at it. But, I won't mention them to someone who asks for a landscaper.

Used Fairway Green for five full years. Spotty lawn care techs, spotty customer service, spotty lawn. See pictures. If you go with them, be sure to be home when they perform their servicing. Otherwise, you might just catch them driving off in 5 minutes.
