Sadly we have not gotten rid of them in our complex, i have weekly videos where you can see how unprofessional and inconsiderate they are toward our landscaping and our vehicles. We even have signs posted and communicated we don't want them any where near our tax lot, but yet just sprayed the grass seeds we planted and even killed a large patch of the sod. like all the review you will read will say, just don't ever use them.

You don't appreciate a good landscaping company until your HOA/ Management company goes with a cheaper service like this. First they start before 7am and STILL take 2 days to do our townhome community. Per our dues, they are supposed to do inside any personal fences. They don't do it every visit and when they do they come through with a weedwacker and don't go along the fence - just wide uneven swaths. Also, they are not spraying for weeds in yards as my backyard is about 75% dollar weed and crab grass now.
I paid much more for wider gates, per my HOA requirements, to facilitate a commercial mower getting into the front and then back. The prior company was great, mowed weekly, and sprayed and the yard always looked great. There are also dead spots all over the development during one of the wettest seasons in years.

They get 1 star because I have to to post a review. This company is garbage! They will drive on your sidewalks and driveway leaving dark tire tracks and drive through your yard leaving ruts and tire tracks! Disgusting, rude and unprofessional to say the least! DO NOT ALLOW THESE DIRTBAGS NEAR YOUR LAWN!

I was actually never a client of CSS Landscaping, but my experience with CSS may be even more relevant to your choice of a lawn care/landscaping service than if I was a client. One of CSS Landscaping's workers had accidentally nicked my mother's car in a Southside parking lot. They could have just driven off, but instead, they knocked on doors one by one, until they found the owner of the car, which happened to be my mother, and offered to pay for a rental car, repair my mother's car at no cost and deliver it back to her.
I was skeptical at first for they proved to be men of their word, as the rental car, then my mother's fully fixed car was delivered to her work. It is rare to find this level of character these days. If they manner in which this company does lawn care and landscaping is anywhere close to the way the handled the aforementioned incident, you will be lucky to be their customer.
