I can't really complain about Best Yard. The only thing that I didn't notice after it being done a few times was weed control on our yard. Everything else was great though and the people who came to deal with our yard were very hard working and really listened to our specific needs! We will probably use them again come the Spring! Best Yard does what they say they are going to do and when they say. Its refreshing to have a lawn care service that does what they say they will do! We have them spray for weeds quarterly and our weeds have disappeared! We like that they use non toxic spray. We have lots of animals running around and it is safe for them an hour after the application. They listen when I have questions or concerns and respond quickly.

The company that used to perform the maintenance for my irrigation no longer serves my area. I reached out to a number of providers, including BestYard.com. I opted for BestYard because they were most responsive. BestYard quickly scheduled the service I required at a competitive price. I found the company to be very easy to work with (schedule service online, they sent e-mail confirmation, etc.) Their fee was competitive. The technician was friendly and helpful. Recommended.

We have a larger-than-average sized yard. 3,500sf of grass, 30+ trees, 40+ shrubs/bushes, and more. I was looking for a company that understands what it takes to maintain a healthy and attractive landscape (trees, shrubs, lawn, lighting, etc) especially throughout our dramatic seasonal differences here in Colorado. not just someone who can mow grass. Chris and his team at BestYard is exactly that.

During my first meeting with Chris, I let him know that there was some "repair" work that needed to be done from the prior landscaper's shortcomings (including many trees and shrubs that needed to be replaced and irrigation lines that needed to be fixed and calibrated). After that, I wanted "someone who knows what needs to be done and when, so I don't have to think about it.

I just want to enjoy my yard." Chris and his team are extremely knowledgeable, incredibly professional & accommodating, very thorough, and always prompt, responsive and respectful. Their services are top-notch and performed at a very reasonable price.

This company did an amazing job! My wife and I had our backyard landscaped by a different company last year and more than half of our vegetation didn't survive. Chris came out and walked the property with me twice to strategize on how to bring the space back to life. Once we came up with a plan he worked with me very closely on materials to ensure we got what we wanted.

Even with as busy as this time of year can be, he had a team out to complete the job in one day. The yard looks gorgeous and I'm incredibly pleased with how the process ended up. Not to mention he kept us under budget. I'd strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for similar services.

First, I found Best Yard through the incredibly useful newsletter they publish every week which has useful information for gardening and yards. AJ came out to inspect my system and found some non working lines and he gave me some great advice on when to water and how often to water. I would recommend Best Yard for your sprinkler needs

Best Yard had done an excellent job taking care of my lawn. They aerated my lawn on the date that was scheduled and set my appointment to blow out my sprinkler system three months in advance. If you wait till the fall to set an appointment, good luck!.

I have been a long term customer and would recommend them as I have done with several of my neighbors. All staff are friendly, helpful and have offered great suggestions for my lawn care.

Do NOT use this company unless you can wait a long to be served. I tried to get an appointment to get a large landscaping, weeding, multiple flower beds, and additional sprinkler bid. They did not return my calls for many days.and the wait time to see my 3 acres was over two weeks. This arrogant, non-responsiveness attitude is inexcusable. When we had a family emergency and I had to reschedule the appointment, Melissa and Ashley did not return my call or email for 4 days! Then, when I made a sprinkler appointment (I planted 7 large blue spruce trees and needed more drip lines) I was given an appointment for Derek to come out.

I rearranged family plans to suit THEIR schedule. 36 hours later Melissa called to say my appointment was no longer available. Melissa's excuse was "I was not in the office yesterday." SERIOUSLY?! As you can see from the number of companies we have to choose from on YELP, we customers don't have to put up with this kind of "Customer-Last" treatment.

Still waiting for them to come aerate my lawn (5/14). Called on April 10th and was told I was on their spring auto renew list (I have used them before and I do like the double pass although the price is quite high- $80). Waited. Called and left a message April 30th to find out when the work will be done. Was told they were waiting for wetter weather. Waited.

As most people with any business savvy know, maintaining current customers is important, usually more so than acquiring new customers. I'm a repeat customer so you'd think that I wouldn't have to wait 5 weeks just for aeration service, especially after calling and asking twice about getting it done. So I will no longer be a customer.

We've used them for a full season now and have been happy with the work. Our lawn looks much better than it did when I was in charge! Wish they had openings for snow removal service so I could try that out too!

Our lawn looks better than it used to look, but it could be better. They call the day before to confirm that they will be out for the service. Only thing is, it is a generic recording, so it doesn't accurately confirm the actual services you are receiving. A little confusing. They also treated my neighbors yard a couple of times by mistake. Bonus for my neighbor, but we had to call and have them come back out.

It is real hard to find a good yard company in Parker. I like the fact they have several services and call a day a head to let you know when coming out. When I call office they get back to me with in a day. Not the cheapest but do good work.

We used BestYard last year to blow out our sprinklers. This year when we started our sprinklers up the valve outside of the house had exploded from the inside out. We called another company to come look at our sprinkler system, they explained the "guts" exploded because the system was not completely drained. $470 repair. I have emailed Chris and left VM multiple times and cannot get a return response. Dan's Sprinklers made our repair for us and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend them for any of your sprinkler needs.

Not impressed so far. They don't show up when they say they will and you have to call multiple times to get them to your house. They also charged us $65 to aerate our tiny lawn! This was after being two weeks late from the scheduled appointment. Giving them one more chance on services before we find someone else.

The Weedman quoted me one price then has been billing, and charging my credit card a substantially higher price. Even after the owner said he would correct the problem they have done it again. The fertilization treatment worked but the weed treatment left much to be desired.

We've been a Bestyard/Weedman customer for years. Generally speaking, we're pleased. On occasion, their work gets spotty - not getting to us regularly, delays, etc. We've also had substantial issues with their weed control with "control" being the operative word. The rain this year has created a challenge for them but if we wanted to pull weeds, we'd not contract with them so we didn't have to. Our lawn looks good and they take care with their applications. We've tried other services and they all have issues. I think these guys are about as good as it gets.
