This is in response to Mr. Bain's complaint. Not only was there steady contact between PVL and him, he did not have the repair done by PVL, because he felt they were taking too long. Not because they weren't willing to do it. After being investigated by the BBB because of his the complaint, The BBB agreed with PVL, and said that everything was done to please Mr. Bain, yet he was still not statisfied. 5 stars to PVL, for trying to make the situation right. Some people cannot be pleased.

Paid for a winterization of my sprinkler system in the fall, went to turn it on in the spring and found a huge crack in the copper pipe. Extremely hard to get ahold of to report this problem. When I finally did all I got was excuses, then they tried to blame me, all while telling me what a great warranty they have, they are the only ones to warranty their work, etc.
They did NOTHING to fix my problem, I had to hire someone else to come out and fix the broken pipe that they caused. I believe honesty and integrity are at the core of any service related company and these folks have none. They would be glad to take your money, you just better hope nothing ever goes wrong.
