Full disclosure, I have never hired or worked with this company, and here's why I never will: I was driving behind one of their trucks this morning and not only was the driver of a truck labeled as somehow caring for the environment smoking, when he was finished with his cigarette, he dropped it straight out the window and onto the street, still lit. Maybe my expectations are too high. Maybe I'm a little bit Pollyanna about my standards. But that act told me all I needed to know about the lack of truth behind their name.

Drainage pipes were installed incorrectly causing the sand/rock path material to run onto the the grass every time it rains. We reached out to Todd Diesburg several times and sent him pics. He said he would send us a proposal to fix it but he never did. Also, they did not amend the soil prior to planting all the plants causing most to die. Buyer beware.

Absolutely horrible service. They do a bare minimum job of snow removal and block driveways in my community, Meadows/Morgan's Run. despite numerous complaints they don't address the issue. I don't know how much the HOA pays them. But they should fire them and get a company that will actually do the work.

Our HOA hired CDI a couple of years back. The change was noticeable almost instantly, broken limbs were not picked up after storms even though there were employees on the grounds. Saplings from nearby trees started invading the grass and overall the appearance of common areas dwindled. The real issue though was their inability to manage a large project like a pond restoration.
The pond set as an empty hole for months with no apparent or little progress. After a couple weeks something would be done and you would think "OK now they are finally going to start working" and then nothing for weeks. Thank goodness they were finally replaced by another company.
