Par-3 Landscape & Maintenance

I take my two dogs for a walk in this park every day and the maintenance people who take care of it do a wonderful job. Leaves are cleaned up and the grass is cut and rubbish removed regularly. Its just a pity that some people who walk their dogs there don't dispose of their dogs waste

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value They removed a nest when asked to put it back where they found it since they shouldn't have been working in that area they laughed. They left the nest out in the open! No respect for life at all! Worst landscaping company! Why was it suggested to remove all the duck shelter?!

The property is very well-maintained on the outside and beautiful and practical on the inside, knowing that Par3 is one of the biggest landscaping companies and Nevada, is not surprising that the inside of their office is so pleasant. Even though the office located in an industrial area of Las Vegas, for me, it's still very disappointing to see that is placed so close to a waste management dump yard.

Besides that I have no unpleasant views are critiques about par 3 landscape & maintenance office located on wynn just north of Tropicana. In addition based upon my knowledge of their business practices, influenced by insight from customers. I would suggest anyone that has any landscaping or construction projects to consider par 3 strongly. Competing as one of themost known landscaping and construction companies in Las Vegas, merecommending part 3 as a go-to for your construction and landscaping and construction needs shouldn't be a surprise.

They cut my and my neighbors vines in half on purpose. When I confronted the worker, he said "call my boss". I got his business card and called. His name is Fabian Aguirre. No answer and Voicemail box was full. I then called the company main number and left a voicemail. No return call was ever received. They have no right to reach onto my property and cut a plant. Trimming is one thing. This was just uncalled for.

I just waned to thank Par3 for the phenomenal job they did here at The Nevada Blind Center. The crew was amazing I couldn't help but noticing Fernando one of the crew leader I've never seen such initiative and determination in one person. I'm glad Par3 hires professional staff that's equipped to do their job.

I have put in 2 applications with this company, me and my roommate filled out one on the same day. He was hired on the spit but I was told that I would get a call. Called back almost everyday and no word. A friend of mine who works for this company said that there were multiple people hired after I put in my application even a 60 to 70 year old was hired.

Recently went to put in an application again still no call but somebody else was just hired. I called up there to ask about what was going on with my application and whoever the receptionist was said that is with the hiring manager. My thing is how does she know it's with the hiring manager if she never asked for my name or number? I'm starting to feel like this company is discriminating against anyone that is not Spanish ethnicity.

After they work in our community, the road is clean, but all dirt and leaves are blown to the sidewalks and driveways. Very unprofessional! The company spokeswoman refused to help and sent me to my HOA. I live in the Tapestry HOA. I have been very patient for at least a year! Every time your workers trim bushes in our community, the mess is left next to our steps, driveways, and sidewalks. Today, I asked them to clean it up after they came back to pick up theirs trash.

They cleaned my sidewalk, but they did not clean my driveway. I would appreciate if they could blow leaves and dust away from our doors and garages when they finish their work.

Excellent Company. The employees are all very hard workers and they do exceptional and amazing work. I have never had any problems with this Landscape and Maintenance Company. I recommend this company and it's employees for any landscaping and maintenance to any business or residential home owners.
