This company was very thorough and responsive to us in the design process from day 1 including the 3D model which helped immensely in setting accurate expectations. They coordinated everything including the pool company once we selected one. The backyard came out great and we got the exact feel we were going for. The rework of our courtyard, side and front yards were just completed and we are totally satisfied with the thoughtful design. The design was thoughtful and very creative with the use of stonework, pottery and ironwork to really enhance our outdoor spaces. The work was done professionally and with great care. They took a lot of time prepping the site, taking out old trees and their root structures, prepping the planting sites with soil, fertilizer and moisture.

A number of the new plants were planted during triple digit summer heat. They are thriving now and the yards are now starting to fill in and really look like the graphic designs. I think this speaks to the quality of the plants purchased and quality of the planting preparation. The whole team, top to bottom is incredibly responsive and quick to resolve any issues.

In a couple of instances, I fix included items not in the original specification. What a nice surprise. Most importantly, we are thrilled with the look and feel of our new spaces. It was worth the wait and the cost.

When people walk into my courtyard their first word is Wow! Greg the owner of Chip-N-Dale's worked with me tirelessly until the design for my courtyard was just right. That's not where his service stopped it's only where it began. Greg was in touch with me throughout the project making sure everything was as it was suppose to be. He is hands on. How many owners do you know that come by at sundown on a Saturday night to make sure that the lightening was perfect?!

That's Greg and the pride he takes in his work and company. I'm now replacing my pavers and there is no one else I would even consider doing the job. Chip-N-Dale's cares about their work and cares about their client. I highly recommend.

When it was time to landscape the back yard of my newly built home, I interviewed 3 landscaping design companies. Of the 3 Chip-n-Dale's was the only one that would handle everything. I did not want to deal with sub-contractors. After meeting with Greg and expressing my vision for a Modern Zen feel, I left it up to him. We reviewed some photos and I picked out some items that appealed to me.

The initial design was exactly what I had in mind. Once they started I never checked their work since everything was done according to the specs provided. Every member of his crews were professional, efficient, and friendly. When the plan was submitted, every tree, bush and rock was priced out so I knew what the total cost would be and there was no deviations. Can't tell everyone enough how much we are enjoying our newly renovated back yard. It was completed December 2017. Our backyard met both our needs - it's great for relaxing and also great for hosting parties. We look forward to a glass of wine by our custom fire pit in the evening and love hosting backyard parties playing sports or movies on our large large LED TV.

We initially chose Chip-n-Dales Custom Landscaping due to their professionalism, creative concepts and fair pricing. Greg was our "go to guy" and he was very good at communicating with us and discussing weekly timelines and going over any issues that came up. Much of our backyard concepts were custom designed the BBQ, bar area, fire pit, spa stairs and LED TV - the results were fantastic.

We are not the easiest clients to please as we had high expectations of quality and design concept but we are more than pleased with our backyard results. Thank you Greg and his hard working team!

Greg was absolutely fantastic. He runs a very professional and honest company. He listened thoroughly to our wishes, and then took his time to perfect it. When we saw the 3D model we were ecstatic! He exceeded our expectation. The construction went very smooth and was on schedule. The workers were so courteous and professional as well. It has been a great experience working with Chip-N-Dale's landscaping company and Greg Struhl. We had our backyard done by Chip-N-Dale almost a year ago. We appreciate and enjoy the beauty of our backyard in different seasons. Chip-N-Dale is an honest company and Greg is an honest business man. In this world, is there anything more important than being honest to the market and customers?

We do have some small shrubs which could not survive during hot summer. When we let Chip-N-Dale know, they changed them quickly without charge. We are so impressed on how quick and well they took care of the issue. David, project manager did a wonderful job. I like to say thank you, David. Even after one year, when I thought to do some upgrade for our courtyard and front yard, the first thing I did is calling Greg to ask Chip-N-Dale to do it. This the trust from our experience with Chip-N-Dale and high quality work and service we have been getting from this outstanding company.

Originally posted 3 stars as the work was completed in a timely fashion and the new plants are thriving. Lack of attention to detail when performing cleanup after the work was completed. Not a bad job just not excellence. Chip n dales received a fourth star for sending the foreman out after seeing the original review. No additional work was performed as as my teenager finished removing the native rock and paver sand that had been mixed with my landscape rock.

The foreman did not want to take responsibility for the kink in my front drip line that I will be repairing as I have no way of proving otherwise. One again a decent company and decent prices.
