Critical: Professionalism Supervisor Moises personally attacks and harass employees of Classic. He demeans them. Talks down on them. Tells them they should quit. He's has personal problems with employees. Non professional.

Do not hire this company, we live at south shore lake las vegas. we pay them for doing nothing as it is part of our hoa fees. they blew all the debris into our pool. stood there and watched him do it. told him to stop said he does not speak english. there are piles of leaves not picked up. the lawn has gone to seed because it hasn't been cut for 4 weeks. it's 12 high in spots. also many bald spots. supervisor has promised to repair the lawn and has done nothing. hoses for auto watering broken and flooding. i can understand why the workers have no interest. spoke to one who speaks english and he said they are paid very low wages, minimum. the lowest they can get away with and without any benefits. zero. on top of it all having to clean up after they leave. so disgusting.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Horrible service. Left a mess in my yard and in the streets. When I asked them to not blow debris in the street they gave me attitude, then tried to LIE about it even though I watched them do it. Ridiculous. Don't hire this company.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness They are hired to do our complex and are horrible. Luckily we are moving, I just hope they are not at our new location.

Worst Attitude Ever! And Back Talk and Lie about leaves on my porch! I blew it off yesterday! They look at you like they don't speak English until you speak Spanish to them and only when you swear in Spanish do they respond! Only then perfect English closes out. Oh and God help your car or truck that's an almost 99 % it will be filthy dirt dust and leaves all over it! And 7:00 am on a Saturday! They are the worst ever!

Fantastic customer service! Great job on landscaping! The HOA in my neighborhood has used Classic Landscapes for years. The trees and shrubs always look great, the trash is always picked up and the weeds taken care of quickly. The other day I got into town and had tons of stuff I was unloading. Workers from Classic were working in the neighborhood.

They saw me struggling with some heavy stuff.stopped and helped me without me asking. THANKS GUYS! They were super friendly and helpful. I've always noticed they stop with their machines when someone goes by so stuff isn't blown at you. I'd defiantly recommend this company!

I would give this company no stars if I could! Workers for this company were blowing debris into the street and leaving it there! When confronted about what they had done they were extremely rude! If you don't want to anger your neighbors DO NOT hire this company! I had posted a comment in Nextdoor to warn others in surrounding neighborhoods but it was mysteriously removed :/ FYI!, Yes I am a hater of business's that are shady! lol

I don't understand why the other reviews about this company are not being displayed on here because, to me, they seem to paint a very accurate picture of this company. Classic Landscape's shoddy work in our housing community was consistently substandard for over 3yrs+. Not only did they do bad work, but they also submitted incredibly-overpriced bids for other work (which we later found out was completely unnecessary) and our HOA Board finally decided to get rid of them and look for a new vendor.

I DON'T recommend Classic for any expert advice/work to be done either on either private homes or homeowner associations (hoa). Like another reviewer mentioned, I also saw them mistreat their employees & it was not right. Expect bad customer service & bad 'advice & service' if you hire Classic.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Poor service, and I mean poor in the worst sense possible. If you are a woman you will not be able to get anywhere with the manager (I think his name was Jim) that I spoke with. He will call you sweety and honey and not listen to a word you say and then tell you what he thinks should happen for your property and that will be the end of it.

I don't deal with little projects, I don't deal with things that would be a waste of this company's time, but that is how it came across to me when I spoke with Jim and I will never do business with Classic Landscapes again. If you are a man who is bilingual then you may have a good chance, but if you are anything like me then forget service. Go to a professional because these guys are a joke!
