We have been putting our Signature on Kansas City's landscapes since 1989, cultivating manicured grounds, healthy plants, and vibrant flowers. The roots of our business, however, have always been our people. Our teams are built on a foundation of respect, trust and honesty; take care of people first and they'll take care of providing the exceptional service that every client experiences with Signature Landscape. Success in many projects depends heavily on preparation. Flower beds fall into this category.

Landscaping is a year-round job, but there are unique activities associated with each of the seasons. The months of October and November are the time for removal of fallen leaves, winterizing your irrigation system and making additional seasonal preparations. The best time to prepare plants for spring growth is during late winter.

I rate a fare amount of businesses, fair and reasonable but this is the first time I have nothing positive to say. Signature is paid to provide snow removal for our HOA. I would rate them ZERO if possible. We are clearly not a priority over commercial properties. Only once have they actually shown up, that was a day late. With this last snow storm on 2/16/2022 they have still not shown up, 2/19/2022 at the time of this posting.
I had to clear part of my driveway manually for emergency. I have some physical issues so it was painful. Trying to opt out of this annual agreement due to service NOT rendered.

My friend just received a letter from them saying something to the effect of, due to increase immigration regulations and the high unemployment rate they aren't taking on any new projects. so they r just admitting to employing illegals. if thats the kind of company you want to work with than go for it. Personally support companies that support our legal citizens.

Signature landscape may do a fine job of mowing lawns, however their drivers do not follow parking laws. They were clearly parked in a "no-parking from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m zone". blocking 1 lane of Roanoke Parkway at the intersection Ward Parkway during busy rush hour traffic at around 8:15 a.m. While we recognize landscapers like to get an early start, that doesn't mean that parking laws don't apply to them.
They created unnecessary backup and delays for a lot of us who use that route on a daily basis. For this reason I took the time to write this review. They clearly believe laws don't apply to them. If want to mow in that area before 9 a.m., they need to park legally like everyone else.
