With our disease control program we identify the problem and work with you to cure and prevent future reoccurrences. The purpose of this application is to help eliminate weeds in your ornamental beds. A granular product is put down twice a year to create a barrier to prevent seed germination. As part of this program each time an application is done at the property a "spot spray" walkthrough will be done to eliminate any weeds that may have broken this barrier.Aerations also help loosen compacted soil.

I have never dealt with a difficult person like Luke, their Supervisor in my life time. He had the same kind of attitude with the old owner of this company as well. He will bring all kinds of conflicts in each interaction with you for prices and job, not consistent at all. He told me that he is the Vice-President of the Company and wouldn't let me talk to the Owner when I asked to resolve an issue.
The employees sometimes do half job on your lawn (leave edging, blowing partially) since Luke allows them only certain time in each lawn and they really don't want to hear your complaints/concerns. They have also caused some damages in my property. Most of their employees also stick with the company only for one season and you deal with new employees in almost every mowing. I would not recommend this company for your lawn, until Luke stays with the company.

Rally horrible customer service. Ran over my downspouts multiple times almost ripping them off unnecessarily (on a hinge and could have been easily lifted). Would often mow just my front yard but always charged the full price. Would seem put off when I would ask them to not mow when the ground was fully saturated and their mowers would destroy the grass and create depressions in the ground.
They then had the audacity to cancel my service because it took them 10-15 whole minutes to complete service at my house. If I could give 0 stars I totally would. If you want a job that is POORLY done then I would highly recommend them.

Judging by the other reviews this isn't a shocker, but had one of their trucks pull out in front of me on metcalf during rush hour. Something tells me the employees either don't realize their brand is on the truck or don't understand the implications of how that makes a business look Update: Peter called and was very apologetic. Wanted to get more information on the driver to confirm. Peter came off as a good guy. Wish him the best

Horrible I clearly stated to Sandy the person that answers the phone for the company what I needed done in my yard and finally 3 weeks later they put me on the grass cutting schedule and when the guys came out they didn't cut anything I had requested them to cut and when I tried calling the office no one answered and I finally got a call back from sandy and she apologized she said she told them to cut it and the next morning Peter the owner of the company called me and said it was miscommunication and sandy didn't tell him to cut it and I'm to far to come back and do what I paid them to do so he prefers to not come back until he's in the area again in over 1 week so I told him I will call someone else horrible company
