Aspen Lawn Care

Cheryl and William planted flowers in my landscaping recently and it's absolutely beautiful. They worked quickly, provided large healthy plants, and were good at communication and knowledge. Cheryl has always been my go-to person for courtyard monthly maintenance which includes fertilizing, trimming, and cleaning, I highly recommend their work.

This company feels that it is reasonable to mow lawns in a residential area at 0700 on a Saturday. I don't get many opportunities to sleep in, so imagine my surprise when two lawnmowers come rumbling by at 7 in the morning on a Saturday. I would never think of mowing my yard in the morning any day of the week because I have neighbors that I care not to offend.

I asked one of the workers why they are out so early in a residential area. he said we are just mowing here, what do you want. So I called the office to talk to them. The office is closed for the weekend. I bet the office staff likes to sleep in on the weekends?!?

I think covid caused some flakey employees, I believe that's fair. It wasn't the girl in the office, Heidi I think was her name, or the guy who did the initial first visit. It was a tech that sounded unprofessional and I told him I expected someone else so said not to come. I think someone came out and sprayed after it got dark or something because they left a flag for me to post-kinda presumptive.

The initial guy was so cool, we knew people from the same town etc. I don't think it was his fault. I'm not sure what I paid $375 for, I know I had one indoor spray and maybe an outdoor at night when that flag appeared. I worked for a large pest control and even told the guy and it's a name that everyone knows, so I had high expectations.

Clarence our tech came to work on our irrigation. He went over and above our expectations. So pleasant and did a great job. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

We have had several services for our lawn, Aspen has by far been not only the most responsive, but completely fair regarding cost. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I've used Aspen for almost two years now. They are an amazing company, easily one of the best service organizations I've ever worked with. Incredibly professional, but also incredibly personal. They seem to care more about my property than I do! I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Services: Yard work, Mulching, Weed control, Lawn mowing & maintenance

Called for leaf pick up service. They were very quick to get a crew out to blow all leaves to the curb/street however the leaves sat at the curb and in the street for nearly 2 weeks. I understand that busy time of year for leaves but after several 4-5 calls to "Ron" who was very helpful and understanding but responses such as "our scheduler is out and I will get you an answer and call you back" never happened.

They were finally picked up. But in the about 14 days they sat in the yard many leaves have blown back into the yard. Sure more leaves have fell since then but many have blown in the yard, down the street and in neighbors yards. I am sure they would be happy to come back out and clean it again for full fee. When I called and explained this to "Ron" his response was they would have clean it again. Update: Received a call from "Mo" who explained it was a missed route.

While I can understand that miss it was still not pickup up in the 2 weeks that I had been calling. But, he offered and completed a complimentary clean up of the yard as an apology to make things right. Thanks you Mo! I appreciate the call and the extra service. It is nice to see that even one customer matters to you. Overall the service from the company was great all the leaves are gone. as far as the communication and scheduling error I will leave that as a one time deal and would use the services again!

I am the owner and founder of Aspen lawn and pest control. I wanted to update my review as so much has taken place in the last 18 months. We have made some amazing progress to go from good to best! I have never in my life been surrounded by such capable, God loving, loyal and dedicated individuals! I am truly blessed. With this team anything is possible.

No weak spots although we try and get better each and everyday. I am truly proud to be a very small part of this great team. If you currently are and Aspen customer thanks so much. We've been a customer for 20+ years and are never disappointed. Aspen just keeps getting better each year with new ideas complimenting the always great service. They are equally skilled at mowing, irrigation and bed maintenance. Give them a try!

Absolutely horrible! I live in a condo off of 159th and Roe. Aspen mowed yesterday. The man who blew off the patios and sidewalk seriously stepped on a plant as he was moving from the sidewalk to the yard. He spit on the sidewalk. And I had mulch run off after the rain Tuesday night. Both the workers had to step right over this and neither took the time to clean it off. My HOA dues are $275 and this is the service I get? I have weeds, dead plants and sod. Absolutely wrong on so many levels.

This company has horrible customer service. I've been trying to reach someone for the past week to help me with my lawn issues, and no one has responded. I filled out a quote estimate form on their website and received an auto-response email stating I will hear from someone shortly.2 days go by and I don't hear a thing. I call them two days in a row and leave numerous voice messages, emails, and still no response or call back.

I called a different company (Custom Lawn & Landscape) and they answered the first time I called (GASP!) they were so helpful and provided stellar customer service. They sent a lawn expert to my house early the next morning and I received my first lawn treatment for free. I have already recommended them to others. I don't know if this company is still in business? It has lots of great reviews, but I still haven't heard from anyone! I will never recommend this company to anybody! Take your business elsewhere!

Great service and people. Professional office and field workmen. Can do all types of jobs from big to small.

I made the switch to these guys this spring after being with Scotts for ever. They do a great job and priced competitively and the lawn looks better than ever. I would highly recommend this company for your yearly lawn maintenance
