They would rather get home than do a good job. They don't honor the details of the HOA contract. If you can help it, avoid them. If I were able to fire them I would, however they are hired by my HOA management company. I have gone as far as disallowing them from the backyard and buying my own lawn equipment just because they leave my yard looking so bad.
I still have to pay them and I've kicked them out, THAT'S how bad they are! The owner has been nothing but impolite and argumentative about their duties, going as far as insulting me directly. Now, as you can see below in their response, they are threatening legal action over an honest review.that is a nice little microcosm of their entire business model. The pictures don't lie!
