Tried multiple times to have Ben - President, respond to a quote request. He needed to reschedule day of yard review appointment - decides not to wait for our response - and just shows up. Then, we accommodate - two weeks to get a quote - after MULTIPLE phone calls with no return - quote just shows up in our email. After receiving quote, called again MULTIPLE times to ask questions with no response. We tried to do business with Down to Earth. I assume they do not need any new business.

Our landscape is absolutely beautiful. I can not remember the last time I hired someone that exceeded my expectations, Down to Earth Designs, Inc and team did just that. They are on top of everything, understood our wants, knew exactly what would work and what would not. They have a great eye and picked perfect plants to please us. They were great, they are clean, thorough and really nice! We could not be happier.

Tried 3 times to get someone to come out. First time no show- oh. we changed systems and I forget to add you to the new system. 2nd time - yep. it's on the calendar but Ben is out today. Sorry. We didn't think to call you. Ben will call you tomorrow. 3rd - no call back. Shouldn't have to beg for business. Don't bother.

Great company! Down to Earth Designs has been my go to company for any yard work I want to improve, not only do they have the best pricing but a great team with so much experience. They recently did my front yard, it looks amazing, they made It look so alive and neat! When I drive into my house I really can't get enough of my house simply the best!

It's been over a month since Down to Earth Designs completed my patio and I couldn't be happier with the results. They made my patio look very spacious although I don't really have a big yard, they worked to make the best layout possible! The colors, design, and layout are all very perfect! Great area to host, very professional company!

James and Tonya were wonderful. Everyone was very professional, their communication was great, and the project was completed quickly and accurately. Will definitely use them again.

I am working with Down to Earth on a multi phase project, not huge, but still am getting the same thoughtful care as if I was a million dollar project. Excellent workers. Looking forward to the next phase!

Down to Earth Designs did a great job solving drainage issues that Arroyo Custom Homes left us. They also installed pavers to extend our turnaround and planted new plants. Their design ideas were perfect for the area.

0 stars. Contacted the company via their website and Ben promptly came out to my farm. He offered suggestions, took pictures and promised an original design. I was impressed. Then nothing, after repeated attempts, via email, phone, website, NOTHING. I gave him my original landscape plan of 25 years ago to work from. When I received no response, I asked for them back and again, no response. So, basically, he stole my plans. Don't know what their problem is, but WTF! They are a no go. A simple response would have sufficed. They need to take a course in communication 101.

What can you say about a company that does awesome work? Les and his team transformed our backyard form a boring clay pit that we never used to an oasis that we will only leave for work or sleep. They installed a fabulous retaining wall which allows us to use the entire property, stone work around the new inground pool, drains to keep the water from creating puddles and a walking path to make it easier to get from the front yard. The stone work and attention to details are the added touched that has made it our new retreat. Thank you Les and team for all of your hard work.

I have nothing but good things to say about Down to Earth. They were super professional with phone calls, presentations, and the installation of our project. Upon calling the office I actually spoke with the owner who was extremely helpful. The designer we worked with went above and beyond what we actually expected. We had just a pool installed and they were extremely careful when working around it. I would highly recommend them.

Needed some help to redesign my property so I called Ben at Down to Earth. Ben and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They met with me to find out what I had in mind, but when I didn't know what I wanted they came up with their own design that blew me away. DTE showed a strong knowledge of the different plants/shrubs that would thrive in my soil.

They considered everything and even found a way to meet my budget. I would recommend DTE to anyone who has a desire to recreate their property. And if you look real close I do believe Ben's right thumb is green. The man knows his plants.

We moved into our new house in May, 2014. Ben and his crew really came in and got the lawn in shape. We signed up for the monthly maintenance plan to include chemical treatment. The lawn was well on its way within a month of service. They go above and beyond each week. Their crew is polite and their schedule is consistent. I couldn't recommend them more.

Great company to work with. There level of detail makes you feel at easy during the project. I will highly recommend Ben and his team to all my family and friends if they are going to tackle a landscaping project
