Davis Landscape

Contracted with Davis Landscape for a large hardscaping project; Paver patios, multiple retaining walls, a pavilion and outdoor kitchen. Design: Ryan was great at taking an initial layout sketch and turning it into a creative design and 3D model. He was very easy to work with, responsive, patient and professional. Construction: Immediately upon meeting Dan C. he instilled confidence and trust that he would successfully manage our large project. Davis worked through labor shortages and material delays during the pandemic as well as quality issues of some of the materials from the manufacturer. Dan worked tirelessly to ensure each block and paver was acceptable and installed perfectly.

He truly stands behind his work with a tremendous amount of pride. Amazing ability to work with landscape products and create an awesome finished product (from visualizing how the boulders should be stacked to achieve the best look, the curves in the walkways, patterns and borders in pavers, lighting layout, etc.). From design to completion; Ryan, Dan and Dean were very professional, and demonstrated a lot of integrity and pride in their work. Highly recommend them for large projects!

We chose Davis Landscape, LTD. for our large backyard transformation after attempting to work with several other companies, and failing. We received a recommendation from a friend in the industry, after he heard of our difficulties. From the start - we had a substantially better experience. Ryan took our ideas, enhanced them, and ultimately made a better plan than we could have imagined.

He even made a video rendering that showed what the area would look like completed. For us, this was crucial as it made us feel more comfortable embarking on the project. From an execution perspective, Dan and his team were incredible. The work began in October and they persisted in the cold until it was completed in December. Any unexpected hiccups were dealt with amicably and swiftly.

Their dedication to provide a quality outcome was (and still is) apparent. They went above and beyond on several occasions. In the end, our backyard was transformed from a small deck into a beautiful patio, pavilion, and outdoor kitchen area that will serve our needs and entertain our family and friends for years to come. **Pictures from before, right after project completion and almost one year later

Our HOA contracts with Davis to mow and landscape. Mowing is horrible. They have no concept of lawn care and will mow when the grass is to dry or even in the pouring rain. All they have done for my lawn is to damage it. They have also hit my house and damaged siding (twice) downspouts and drains (twice) in less than 2 years. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Critical: Professionalism Not sure how good they mow grass but I just watched one of there drivers go about 90mph thru a red light, trailer and all. I see they recently just hit a park car at a clients house so makes sense. Road rage much?

I did not hire this company, but was unfortunately behind one of their vehicles which consistently drove 10 to 15 under the 40 mph speed limit. Quite irritating.

Dave, Brian, and the rest of the Davis team were great to work with on my landscaping project. The work was completely timely and at a fair price. I had 30+ year old landscaping and they designed new landscaping and added lighting that really improved the curb appeal of our house! We will have them do our next project for sure.

My wife and I had a patio built by Davis we were extremely happy with the results. Their workers and foreman were very professional. And followed up with us after the project was completed. I would recommend them to anyone

These guys mow in my neighborhood and the grass is always too long. When they do mow they blow grass all over the street, a lot of my neighbors have motorcycles, so the grass creates a dangerous hazard for them. The worst thing I just saw on my neighborhood page these guys hit a neighbors truck and after saying they would "take care of it" they decided to instead blow him off for over a month and then refuse to cover the damages.

Very unprofessional we are going to get the neighbors to get them out of our development. Terrible mowing and even worse service! Go find an Amish company that stands behind their work and has integrity.

Not only does Davis Landscaping do a poor job mowing our neighborhood they also hit my neighbors truck and tried to avoid it for over a month after initially agreeing that it was them. Gonna start a petition to remove them from my neighborhood.

Just talked to my neighbor who recently had his truck hit by Davis landscaping. Davis landscaping has completely ghosted him. Totally unprofessional behavior for any company.
