I can't recommend Doctor's Landscape enough! We installed a pool this summer (2021) and had Mitch design the landscape! We are beyond thrilled with the amazing results! Dan finished up with the sprinkler system, and our project is complete! This company gets 5 out of 5 stars from us! Thank you for making our backyard dream become a reality!

Although Doctor's delivers a solid end product, their customer service is horrendous. One of their biggest failures is that they simply do not listen to their clients and deliver what is being asked for. I strongly believe this is because of their leadership that feels they are right in very situation and that the clients opinions do not matter.

They have created multiple situations that have cost over $10k to go back and fix. For example, we worked with them to have a sprinkler system put in, letting them know that there is a pool being installed. We identified that there were tubes and wires being laid down that would going through the location of the pool, and we were ensured that it was an easy fix and could be moved when the pool construction started.

That easy fix was simply installing another $9k sprinkler system. We have asked for specific drainage to be out in, in our trouble areas, but told us that it was unnecessary. After sod was installed, the trouble area turned into a swamp, and they hade to retroactively go back and out in the drainage costing us thousands of dollars in additional labor, that could've been saved had they installed the drains before the sod was laid down. Sadly, this happened over and over throughout multiple projects to complete the landscaping and pool.

The ball being dropped repeatedly. Lack of communication from the company. Lack of follow through on requests. Complete disregard for very clear directions we provided them on what we wanted to see in our landscaping. When we tried to escalate and speak to a senior manager or owner, we were called by the foreman immediately and texted saying, "you need to call ME".

For some reason, the owner and senior leadership are too good to speak with you, but they will take your money. This same person that demanded I call them, has created multiple delays in the project. Has repeatedly ignored requests as simple as, we need mulch, please have someone weed our beds regularly, please add a plant here. We have also asked to be put onto schedules over and over, then when we are close to the date of work, we are told that the schedules are full and we never confirmed work. Overall, this company will deliver a good product, but you will pay thousands of dollars you shouldn't spend, and you will not get what you discuss and ask for.

Technician was unable to fix backflow valve. Next appointment two weeks later.

Doctor's makes their employees work alone, and won't keep their promises about raises.

The only good thing about Doctor's is they are very responsive and their employees are excellent. In my opinion the pricing was very expensive and landscape design was unimpressive. They brought out plants/flowers that looked like they were half dead and wilted, which they replaced, however, this should never have happened for the amount of $$ you pay.

The landscape design had no symmetry and they need to ask more questions of their customers to be sure they know what to design. We now have to hire someone else to make our yard look better as I can't stand looking at what they chose to plant.

Rick Cato and his crews did an absolute fantastic job on our landscaping from start to finish. As a first time homeowner my husband and I had lots of questions and required a lot of assistance in creating our vision. Rick was extremely patient with us and went above and beyond to make our first landscaping experience a great one. His crew was extremely professional, hardworking, and finished ahead of schedule. My husband and I could not be more pleased with our beautiful new front yard landscaping! We look forward to working with them again on future projects!

Big house, big problems especially with our lawn and garden. Mitch and the folks at Doctor's have helped with a major drainage problem in our backyard to just keeping our lawn looking healthy and green.

My phone call went to an actual person! On site, they were professional, courteous, communicated well with me while setting up the work, explained what they were going to do and answered my questions while performing the work.
