I am so fortunate that I was referred from a neighbor to use Custom Lawn for a sprinkler system that was broken upon buying my new home. They were the most reasonable & came on time & it only took 2 hours. I had Jason Greenlee who was very professional & did an excellent job. He was very helpful in instructing me on my control settings too. Thank you. I highly recommend him & this company. I'm so happy I have a sprinkler system that works. He even replaced some of my heads free of charge.

We were so happy with our irrigation service! We worked with Jason Greenlee, the Irrigation Department Manager and he was so incredibly helpful. He showed us how to use the system, educated us on the best ways to use the watering schedule, checked and serviced everything so well! We use Custom Lawn for several services and are so happy with all of their help.

We will be adding services for sure after working with Jason! Custom lawn does a great job of quick responses and are always out quickly when we need them, their customer service is awesome, they email reminders etc. All in all we highly recommend them for any need but especially for the wonderful irrigation services. We will be long time customers for sure!

One of my sprinkler zones wasn't working. Tom from Custom came out and quickly identified and fixed the problem. Turns out Google Fiber installers clipped a pipe. When my backflow valve gave out, Custom Lawn & Landscaping answered the call. The customer service rep (I can't remember her name) was fantastic. No one was available to look at it immediately, but she made sure someone came by to turn off the water until a tech could come out later to repair it. Jason G, the Irrigation Dept Manager, helped me. He took the time to explain everything for what best suited my needs and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

He even went out of his way to adjust the sprinkler control to run more efficiently for the season. Jason had my system back up and running in no time. I would strongly suggest using Custom for any of your lawn needs! The service is truly something you don't see too often these days!

I have been searching for a good company to become my go-to irrigation folks and I've 100% found it in Custom Lawn & Landscape. Setting up my appointment through Billy was super easy and he listened to my concerns about a previous experience with another company. He assured me that I would get the best by choosing CL&L. They gave me plenty of heads up for my appointment window and Jason G. (the Irrigation Dept. Manager) showed up right on time.

He was super kind and very educational. I like to learn and he was all about explaining everything in detail. He found a couple things that were causing issues and after getting my approval, he quickly handled the repair right then and there. He also priced a new controller for me so I could go ahead and start saving up for it as mine is quite a dinosaur! I'll definitely continue to use this company for my irrigation needs! Jason was very helpful! I had running water outside my house in the middle of the winter. Initially I thought it may be my irrigation system and Jason came out within an hour of me contacting Custom Lawn and Landscape. We identified the issue to one pipe that was not the irrigation system, and he helped walk through the best solution for my problem. I will be using Custom Lawn and Landscape for future needs!

Thank you to Sara, Billy, Jhonny, and the team who provide outstanding service year round! I appreciate everything the team does, especially this last time when there was a mix up with the service and the team was able to come back out, same-day! A big thank you to Tom as well for the services he provided on my sprinkler system. He was able to quickly fix a broken sprinkler head in the spring with zero damage to the yard, in addition to coming back at the end of fall for winterizing.

Tom from Custom Lawn and Landscape has been to our house 3 times now. Great guy, very professional, and great attitude. I've used them for maintenance of my sprinkler system and to give me an estimate to update the system. They've also winterized our system. Quick and efficient! When Tom gave us an estimate for updating the sprinkler layout now that our landscape has grown and changed a lot, I was expecting a HUGE estimate, but instead was given a very reasonable one.

And Tom took the time to explain each proposed change and how it will benefit my landscape in the future. Made great sense and were excellent recommendations! Very pleased with Tom and Custom Lawn and Landscape!

From making my appointment to when the technicians left my house, I've been impressed with Custom. They had a great competitive rate for system winterizations compared to other companies in the local area. My technicians Dan and Jason were very professional, timely and personable throughout the whole process of explaining all their work to me, making me feel confident that my system is good to go for the winter.

Unfortunately we had to fire this lawn company. There services have become inconsistent, and the customer service and scheduling is very disorganized. We tried to call for two weeks just to get our lawn cleaned, which we had already been invoiced. After multiple promises with no work done, we were forced to cancel all services. In addition, we pay for weekly lawn service, fertilization, seeding, and sprinkler care.

In 4 years they have not been able to get our yard looking well, dead spots, no recommendations or follow up. With all the lawn services available in our area, I would look elsewhere. Services: Lawn pest control, Seeding, Weed control, Yard cleanup, Irrigation system repair / maintenance, Lawn mowing / maintenance

I don't usually write reviews publicly, but I believe this company and the services they provided were well worth the writeup. I contacted them late last week, Billy answered and he was very cordial and responsive. He was able to set me up with 2 visits, one for a sprinkler repair (immediate) and a quote for landscaping work. They came on Monday (today), just a few days after my initial phonecall. Joe came out to repair the sprinkler system in the shortest amount of time possible - again very cordial and responsive and extremely knowledgeable with his craft. Am very satisfied with the work performed. Darrin also came out for some landscaping consultation and I am awaiting a quote back for the work we are asking for. Again, thank you Custom Lawn for the great customer service and work provided. I am considering switching all my lawn services (turf application, etc.) to you guys.

I truly wish I could give this Business A Zero In Ratings! Giving this Business One Star Absolutely Breaks My Heart. I AM A Disabled American Female Veteran On A Very Limited Fixed Income! This Business I gave A Review in December 2020, A Very Good Rating Because They Talked A Good Game! Now I know Exactly What Is Meant By The Proof IS IN THE PUDDING!

Custom Contracts A Lot Of Their Service's Out! I fortunately have 6-Cameras At My Home all Monitored By ADT. I Can See Everything Custom does AT MY House on My ADT Pulse App! These People Are Charging Me For Services THAT WERE NEVER RENDERED TO MY ADDRESS! All They Know IS THEIR TRUCK WAS PARKED OUTSIDE MY HOME! Custom's Employees Never Got Out Of Their Truck In June Because I Hired Another Lawncare Service!

I Texted Dave Mc Gruder one of their Manager's to let him know that NO SERVICE'S Were Being RENDERED! I ALSO ASKED DAVE to QUIT with the LAWNCARE YARD TREATMENT'S because my YARD looks worse than My Neighbors YARD! So, STOP these so CALLED TREATMENTS that's DOING NOTHING FOR MY YARD! CUSTOM Lawncare and Landscaping Business has A Horrendously NON-FUNCTIONING BILLING DEPARTMENT!

My Service Ended AT THE END OF MAY 2020. I PAID FOR ALL SERVICES RENDERED UP UNTIL THAT POINT. I WAS STILL GETTING BILLED For TREATMENT's WHEN I HAD PLEADED, NO MORE TREATMENT's and telling them I Received No Grass Cutting the First Week of June and I Hired Another Company who Came Right Then and Cut My Grass that DAY. And have absolutely been cutting it Every Since!

This Company Preys On The Elderly and OLDER Senior Citizens, I ASSUME THEY THINK WE CANNOT COUNT, ANYMORE! Custom Worker's Used Their Weed-eater That Damaged The Siding Around My House, Then The Siding Was Replaced With Mismatched Siding AT THE BOTTOM- 2-SLANTS. Custom's Worker's kept Damaging My Siding With Their Weed-Eater causing it to FLAP BACK AND FORTH.

Even After all of This DAVE came by in Early June and said he came and SEALED MY SIDING WITH CAULKING! I SAID It Doesn't Need To Be Caulked It Needs To Be Fixed. After literally about 20-Promises I Called My Siding Company which I should have done in the first Place. My Bill Pay Accidentally Sent Custom Lawncare A Check in the Middle of June 2021 $182.10, Custom KEPT MY MONEY.

All SERVICES HAD BEEN CANCELED Previously and ALL DEBTS were PAID IN FULL. THESE People sent me a BILL LAST WEEK SAYING, I OWE THEM OVER $370.00 and it's 60 Day's PAST DUE. Custom Stated IT Will Be Sent To A Collection Agency. These Collections Agencies Threats When You Destroyed My Siding and Put Up The TRIM SIDING Rather than The HOUSE SIDING. Custom Using SCARE TACTICS ON DISABLED American Veterans and The Elderly and Seniors! SHAME SHAME SHAME and SHAME!

This is our 2nd year using Custom Lawn and we could not be any happier! This year our lawn looks impeccable - all thanks to Dustin! He always gives us a heads up a day before the treatment to let us know he's coming and we receive email confirmation once the treatment has been completed with tips on how to keep our lawn looking great! The lawn maintenance program is definitely worth it and we will continue to recommend them to all of our friends and family in the KC metro! We have been customers for two years and absolutely love Custom! They do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Most importantly they ALWAYS show up or communicate ahead of time if they can't (e.g. rain).

I've used Custom Lawn for a couple years now, specifically for my sprinkler winterization. The techs always show up on time and are very friendly. They will walk you through the process if you are interested in learning as well. I find their service to be very cost competitive and convenient, even during peak seasons. I plan on continuing to use them for my sprinkler needs going forward.

We used CL&L for our subdivisions sprinkler system turn on, backflow testing, and repair. From the customer service rep to the tech, Craig, it was a seamless operation. We have been very satisfied with the services provided. We have had lawn fertilized, sprinkler repair, and mulch laid. All the staff have been pleasant and professional. We would recommend to anyone requiring any type yard or landscape services.

We were with CL for two years. Mowing crew was great, office. Not so much. We have left them because of poor management and they raised their prices 30% this year. They have priced themselves right out of the market.
